Parade Fastpass

This is not really my problem combine this with the new format of Dumbo, NextGen in that they will want you to reserve FP's from you hotel room and then yes I have a problem.

That is Disney basically dictating your vacation for you. Why stop there maybey get rid of FP because you will have no line. Every night Disney sends your schedule to your room.

Thieoretical persons schedule
9:00 AM meet Mickey (this is your time don't miss it.
9:25 AM Space Mountain "I don't like coasters I want to ride HM! But it can't till my scheduled time at 3:45"

Disney is seriously toying with this idea Dumbo is a huge test bed. Why do you want to loose control of your vacation?

You are confusing two separate things.

1. The planned setup for Dumbo is a virtual queue where guests will be able to roam free rather than standing in a slow-moving line staring at the guests in front of them. It's like getting a ticket at the grocery store deli counter. You receive your ride assignment upon entering the tent, and then are free to walk around and enjoy the games and other distractions until it's time to ride.

2. FastPass will eventually extend outside the park gates, but they aren't going to mandate that guests be at a particular location at a particular time. The goal is to save guests the time of walking to multiple FP ticket queues and increase the overall experience.

The concept is that if you plan to be at the Magic Kingdom Tuesday afternoon, you ccould elect to obtain FPs for parade viewing, Space Mountain and BTMR.

If anything, the ride return windows are likely to grow. And they have no intentions of adding ride reservations to dozens of other attractions. You don't need to schedule a time to ride the Peoplemover, Astro Orbiter or Haunted Mansion.

Most of the new benefits will be exclusive to Disney hotel guests. Others will still be able to take advantage of traditional FastPass or use the Standby queues.

For now I just don't like the concept of planning every little detail of my trip if this stays located to the hub than fine. If its expanded beyond that what so ever it is terrible.
