Does either Universal park have an afternoon parade?

Also, is there a schedule you can pick up when you enter the park saying what times certain characters will be appearing and where? Like the kind you pick up when entering Disney Hollywood Studios. We have a fanatic Spiderman and Spongebob fan.

No parades except for special events like Christmas and Mardi Gras (night parade only). I don't think there is a set schedule for meeting characters but you see them all over the place. You'll know by the line of people waiting to get photos or autographs.
