Parade Advice?

We've never seen a parade or fireworks at MK. I mean, we might have seen one in passing...or rushed ahead of a parade closing off sidewalks, etc.

So...with 3 seven-year-olds....which is better?
- Festival of Fantasy Parade (3pm)
- Main Street Electrical Light Parade (9pm)
- Wishes Fireworks (10pm)

Oh my! How to pick one of them? I don't think I can. I LOVE the parades/fireworks and missing one would seem like an incomplete experience for me. I really LOVE them. The new Festival of Fantasy is absolutely beautiful. The costumes, the floats…..really are not to be missed. I have been attending the Electrical Parade since 1979 and …. nothing says Magic Kingdom like it …to me. …And Wishes makes me cry…every time! So, I might not be the one who can help you choose one, but which ever you choose, I don't think you'll regret it. Enjoy!

Thanks for the advice. So we'll be sure to try to hit one at least this time around. How long does the Festival of Fantasy run? (we'll be at a 2:20 lunch at Cinderella's Table - is it worth it to catch the tail end, or will the visibility be bad?)

If you can swing it...atleast once-you should try to do all three -they are so definetly worth watching!

You probably won't make the 3pm parade with a 2:20 lunch ADR. Since this parade is brand new and will likely be around for a few years, you can save it for next time.

This trip do the night time parade and fireworks instead. The light parade is cool. Wishes fireworks is the best fireworks show I've ever seen. The show has great music, a story flow, and unique fireworks. There is even one point where the sound of launching fireworks matches perfectly the music from Winnie the Pooh (the Heffalumps dream sequence). Only Disney goes through that much trouble!

Everyone has their favorite things to do at the parks, but new surprises are great too. You might just find a new favorite!
