PAP - never got a voucher

Hi All,
Sorry if this has been addressed before (I did search the threads but didn't see anything). I purchased 3 PAP's in December and my credit card was charged. Never received any confirmation or voucher in the mail. We are heading down October 9th for F&W - was planning on just going to member services to redeem/activate the passes. Do you think I will have a problem?
Much rather fix any mess now rather than when we arrive!

You have to pay a processing fee to have them mail an actual voucher to you. You should have been given a confirmation number over the phone. If you don't have that number, take the CC you charged the tickets to. When you go to pick up your PAPs, they can use the CC# to find the transaction if you don't have the confirmation number. You also need your DVC Member ID card and all adults will need to show a photo id showing the same address as on the membership.
 
When we bought the reduced priced PAP, they asked for and we gave them our email and they emailed a confirmation (voucher). Did not the same happen with you? Either way, it should not be an issue. They should have your name and address in the system and I have yet to have needed to produce a voucher or any number (confirmation or otherwise) at WDW to get an AP or renewal
 
If you bring the credit or debit card that was used for the purchase to any Park ticket or Guest Relations window they can find the transaction for you.

Be sure to have your Member ID card with you. If more than one person is receiving APs, you will need to have them present, and, if 18 or older, must have a photo ID where the address matches yours.

I just have a will call# that was given to me on the phone. I used it to link in My Disney Experience with no problem.

when I did ours I just paid the $5 fee to have them sent to me, if you don't they will be a will call:cool1:
 
Did you book them via member services? I misplaced our will call code and MS had noted it on my DVC account so I got it from them.
