PAP and the AP newsletter

We are going to be getting the discounted PAP and won't be validating them until next October. Will they mail us the AP newsletter before we get the passes validated?

I don't get it 1/2 the time when I have an active AP. seems to be very hit or miss.

I don't think so. Your name and address are not connected to them until the actual ticket is issued.

Same answer as Vicki here. DH and I both have APs, and we're lucky if between the 2 of us, it arrives half the time. What's funny is that even after his AP expires (we're on different dates) he still gets a newsletter, and I usually don't get one, even with an active pass. But, like you, I just got a voucher that I won't be activating until next fall, so we'll see.
