I can't eat those kinds of carbs like I used to be able to, but River Belle Terrace used to be a must for breakfast on every DLR trip. Loved those pancakes, and years ago they used to give you the option of having them with butter OR with a big brick of ice cream!!! YUM! I always chose the ice cream, because there was something about ice cream, syrup and pancakes that was just TOO sinful together! I wish I could eat them now, but I really can't.
By the way, I was pretty sure that I ate a MM pancake at Carnation Cafe on a couple of occasions too, in the past. I know Carnation serves the big Mickey waffles, but I thought, just recently (in December), I saw a MM pancake waft by me on someone else's plate. Not sure if I was hallucinating or what. Still, even if I am right about what I saw, there is something about eating them at RBT that makes them even better!! I know that the breakfast buffet chefs at Goofy's Kitchen can make MM pancakes for you (we asked, just in case), but the pancakes are only upon request, I believe. I don't think I have ever seen them just out on a buffet platter. They make the mini-MM waffles daily at Goofy's, but at Storytellers I think you have to request the waffles.
