Hello,
I am looking at replacing my teeny tiny Casio with a super zoom compact. I think I have decided on the Panasonic ZS3. Does anyone have any experience with this camera? Actually I thinking of getting the newer ZS5 instead. I notice the 3 has the AVCHD video format, as does the new ZS7, while the 5 has a quick time format. I have read it's harder to use the AVCHD format? Does anyone know the quality difference in the two formats, or have an opinion on which of these 3 cameras is the best option?
We already have a Rebel DSLR, so this is an additional camera for me to carry.
