Pan Pacific Wifi?

does the Pan Pacific in Vancouver have free wifi anywhere? The website doesn't say it and we are staying at the Pan Pacific in Seattle and that site says that have complimentary wifi, so I'm guessing the answer is no...

We stayed there a couple months ago. I know we had wifi and I don't remember paying for it.

When looking at the types of rooms, it states that thre is wired and wireless internet available, but charges apply. You can scroll down to the very bottom of this page to see it listed as a room amenity:

Some room packages do include the price of the Internet in the cost, but not when just booking a room.

I was there at the beginning of July and we had free wifi. I did not request it, it was just part of our room, but it only applied to three devices.

Not sure if it's free or not now, but I know it wasn't when we were there last September. I joined their loyalty program in advance to get free wi-fi. Note: if you do this, you need to mention you're apart of their program at check-in. This wasn't automatic for me. I had to go back down to the check-in desk and once I let them know, they gave me the wireless info.

Quick question if you can answer - when they provide you with the wireless info, can it be used by everyone in your party? I have 2 rooms booked for 4 adults under my name, and I signed up for membership with my name too. Will we all be able to use the wireless? Is it just a log in name and password?

Yes, we always join the loyalty program everywhere we go - always worth the couple of minutes it takes to join as you usually benefit from free wifi and often we end up with complementary water and newspapers. And yes, we were able to benefit from free wifi for a second room, can't remember if they gave a password or if you just signed in with your room number but they will remove the charges when you check-out.

We stayed in June this year and the wifi was free - you could log in up to 3 devices using the last name on the reservation and the room number. Speed was decent and no issues with charges on the bill, etc.

I signed up for the loyalty program this morning to ensure we get it. Figure then I'm covered....
