Palo's

Hi,
We are cruising on the Magic In December and my partner would like to try Palo's. The problem we have is I only eat "plain" food (steaks etc) and was wondering if it is possible to order this or do they stick strictly to the menu. I know I would be missing out on some wonderful food but I don't really mind as long as we get to try the Palo experience.

Our servers did just about anything we asked in the main dining rooms. I cannot imagine that they would not be able to make your meal just the way you like it at Palo since there are a smaller number of diners each evening.

Palo's has a great steak with a gorgonzola cheese sauce. You can probably ask them to leave the sauce off and enjoy the steak plain. But definitely at least get the sauce on the side so you can try it. I usually hate gorgonzola, and I nearly ate half of DH's steak - the sauce just worked with the meat so well!

You can order things the way you want them, and unless it's a soaking marinade, they should be able to suit your tastes. I ordered the tuna steak completely plain, and they cooked it exactly the way I wanted it.

You will have no problem dining at Palos. Not only will they prepare the menu selections to your specifications, they can offer options to you that aren't on their menu. For example, since plain steaks are available at the regular restaurants every night, they will be able to offer that to you at Palos. Don't miss going, you will love it!

One of the reasons I love Disney the way I do is there willingness to avoid the word "No." If you ask for something specific, these people will do anything and everything to make it just the way you like it! Don't worry about your diet at Palo, the CMs will take amazing care of you!
