Palo's Hours?

Does anyone know the exact hours that Palo's is open on a 3 day Wonder cruise? My husband and I wanted to "double dip", and we have the 8:30 dinner seating, so I wanted to know would it be possible to still go to Palo's and the scheduled dinner in the same evening.

I realize this makes us sound real greedy, LOL, so let me explain. We are traveling with 1st time cruisers, and we think it would be rude to leave them alone while we go to Palo's. However, we don't want them to reserve at Palo's with us because we want them to experience each restaurant since it is their first DCL cruise.

I believe Palo serves dinner from 6 - 10, so if you mae a 6 PM ressie that should get you out in plenty of time for your 8:30 seating. A lot of people do it, I might consider it for November. Feed the kids, order an appetizer at dinner (we have early seating) and eat at Palo's around 8:00.
