We have been told that it's a must, to eat at Palos at least once. When I tried to book online, only the day of depature and the day in port at Nassua was avail. Do they book all of their reservations online, or are there some reserved to book when you get onboard. We were looking to book dinner for our day at sea.

they hold some back for people to book on board-just find out where and what time. get there early so you wont have to wait in a long line :goodvibes

I would go ahead and book one of those days and then do a switch when you get there. They do hold out several reservations. We were able to eat there twice last week.

I didn't realize you could pre-book Palo's online - is this fairly new? I had pre-booked for my Nov 04 cruise thru REAS, I don't think there was any other pre-book option at the time.

And yes! Go ahead and book it, regardless of which evening! Enjoy! :goodvibes

I was also not able to make Palo reservations in advance, so I made it a priority to do it immediately upon boarding. As soon as we boarded the Magic I went directly to Rocking Bar D where they take the reservations and I was able to get dinner reservations on the evening I requested with no problem whatsoever. We also put our names on a waiting list for brunch and we got that on the last day of our cruise as well. Have a great time!
