Palo for dessert only?!

Has anyone ever done Palo for just dessert? We would like to dine with our children and still be able to see the shows. Would we be able to go to Palos and just order dessert?

On our last 3 day Wonder cruise, we did Palo as a double dip. We ate with our friends at 6PM, then at 9PM we went to Palo's. DH had soup and dessert. I had ravioli and dessert. It was fun.

I went up to Palo one afternoon to look around and spoke with one of the bartenders setting up. She said I could come back just for drinks and dessert and the bar. I believe Palo still has the only real espresso machine on board.
