We may have had bad luck with Palo. We did brunch on our first cruise. The service was pretty bad (worse than the MDR). They said they were closing the kitchen, so they rushed us to order something before we had time to even consider our options. The food from the buffet part was pretty good, but not really worth the upcharge. It might be because there is just so much darn food on board, but the food didn't really stand out to me. Disney seems to have a problem with the food being too bland, and that seemed to be true to in Palo. I would love to try it again to see if it is better the next time. I want to try Remy too.
