Is the brunch for adults only, and do you have to wait until you board ship to make reservations?

Thanks a lot!

Yes...Palo's is an "adult only" resturant all the time. The only way you can book ahead of time is if you have a catagory 1,2, or 3.

I know you can book ahead of time for dinner with the romantic escape at sea package, but not sure about bunch

Hope this helps

Travis

I booked the REAS package and that got me the PALO brunch reservation as well. We are going in August and many of the times were already booked.

Good luck
Reenie

Hey Reenie..

Yes We also booked the REAS....

They booked Palos Dinner and Brunch for us..As well as the Spa treatments...

No rushing around onboard for us...We can actually step onboard and relax..

THANK GOD..

REAS is worth every penny..

Be sure to get directly to the res station for Palo on the day of embarkation. We made the mistake of having lunch first and were never cleared from the waitlist! Big disappointment!

When we went to both brunch and dinner, there were empty tables due to people not showing or calling to cancel. Check with Palo later in the week or even the morning that you want to go and you may be surprised that there is room.

There are often vacant tables in Palo: sometimes because people fail to show up, but usually because the times are staggered - so that each table of guests gets the best attention they can offer. Nat:Pinkbounc

note: with REAS you can book the brunch if you are on the 7 day Magic, but not the 4 day Wonder.

We didn't book brunch until late Saturday (for the Magic) and had no problem getting a ressie. I guess we were just lucky. We were on a four page wait list for dinner, never got a call. But when we went to brunch we mentioned to our server we were interested in coming for dinner. The dining room manager came over and said we could come in that night. We had brunch and dinner at Palo on the same day. DH also had two lobsters in the dining room before Palo dinner. Needless to say we were stuffed, but it was worth it.

Good luck to you.

First time cruiser on 21 August and have seen reference to booking with REAS can someone please explain what this is/

Also is there a palo Brunch on the 4 Night Cruise?

Thanks

Phil, Trish & amy:sunny:

the brunch is offered on the 4 night if you have a day at sea (versus a stop at Freeport ... which they don't seem to be doing in 2004) :teeth:

HETHERP: The REAS pkg is ROMANTIC EXCAPE AT SEA Disney does a special pkg that includes a specail presentation in your cabin , with a silver basket filled with chocolates, champange, and rose petels scattered around the room. They also, make the special towel animals in shapes of swans with more rose petals. With this package comes the ability to book a dinner for PALOS, and 2 spa treatments for HIM and HER .
If you call DEBBIE at dining services at DCL she can help make the reservations for you.
This is an additional cost of $299 ,, for romance at sea,,, its worth it. Also, you get to have a special menu of room service to your room. I am told this is an abundent amt of food that is served.
On the DIS board there was a perosn that sent in pics of the room and the flowers. I will try to find the link and send it to you. It was listed as REAS PACKAGE

I am doing this on my AUG 28 Western..

Take care

Umm, Brunch at Palo. It was just last week. Man, I really want some more of that Stolan bread, with strawberry jam and whipped cream!

....and let's not forget the fresh berries on top, or the smiling Gemma as she delivered it. She refused to let us make our own, insisting that she wanted to make "like we do at home" for us.
