Palio

I am thinking of visiting Palio during my Epcot or Animal Kingdom day. How early does Palio open? I'm more interested in a late lunch than dinner.

On allearsnet it only shows it is open for dinner. I would assume that means opening around 4pm-ish.

When we went we had the earliest reservation which was 5pm. It may be different now but that was the earliest we could get on our 2002 trip.

They are only opened for dinner, but they have excellent food

We've gone to Palio a couple times and I recall that it opens at 6:00 pm. However, it is quite good - food, wine list, service are all excellent.
