Pal Mickey

I think I'm going to pick up a Pal Mickey for DD. Can I get him at my resort (Pop Century), or will I have to wait until we get to Epcot?

I think that you can pick him up pretty much any where. We got ours at the Boardwalk, and they had them at the POR General Store.
