we are going to DW for the first time in Dec 2008. my 9 yr.old son will play w/ his gameboy while waiting in lines. i was thinking of getting my 3 yr. old daughter a pal mickey to play w/ while waiting in lines. is this a good idea??? what all does pal mickey do???
We got the pal mickey last year and it was great! It told jokes, pointed out when we were entering points of intrest in the parks. My only complaint is when walking around the parks outside it's kind of hard to hear mickey talking. But its a pretty cool toy. One thing that helped me out a TON last year with my two year old was he has one of those portable DVD players. I took it with us everywhere!!! When we ate and waiting in lines was a true life saver!! I just would put in a plastic ziplock bag witha movie or two in there and just kept it in the stroller. So in case if it rained it wouldn't get ruined. Whoever imvented those were amazing!! My son never once got fussy in a line and he was happy as can be!
