On July 1st Olivia and PM went to a home depot Kids workshop. Grandma took them so I have no piics of them their. I took this Pic when I got home from work that night.

Here is one of Olivia sitting on my moms lap, My Dad is next to them. The other little girl is one of Olivia's Cousins mckinsie, I guess they thought the fireworks were a bit loud.

Andy wanted me to let you all know that he made it safely to Rochester, NY. The trip was long and hot, and he is happy to be outside of the box.

Andy felt great stretching out after his travels

He immediately wanted to get to know some of the members of his new family

First he met some guy named Sparty. Sparty looked funny, and didn't seem to like Andy's shirt for some reason.

Next Andy met Pepper. The size of Pepper's tongue scares Andy, but she promises not to use it on him.

Andy also met a bunch of other friends. One of them let him borrow a bathrobe to relax in.

After resting up for a bit, Ellen showed Andy his new life jacket for his trip to the Poke Your Nose. He thinks that's a wierd name for a vacation spot, but he was very excited to try out lawn kayaking.

Andy is sad that he can't go swimming, but he thinks that maybe just sitting in a boat is enough fun for him.

He can't wait to meet the rest of the family and go on vacation!

Thanks for letting us know that Andy arrived safe and sound, Ellen. Looks like he is ready to head to the Poconos. DH and I were there 33 years ago this coming week for our honeymoon.

Today Kristin took me to Kenmore Plantation.

She does tours there in the kitchen and the main house. They are doing lots of restoration so there is not any furniture to sit on. Instead I sat on the mantle in one of the rooms!

The plaster ceilings in the dining room at Kenmore have made it one of the 100 Most Beautiful rooms in America. They are working on them all and I got to hold some of the pieces. The piece that I am holding was made in the wax mold sitting beside me.

The drawing room ceiling has been completed and they are still working on the ceiling in the Master chamber. Wow, this took lots of hours to fix!!

The drawing room has new wallpaper. It is flocked and fuzzy just like me! And I hope you are sitting down because it cost lots of Disney Dollars... $250,000 JUST FOR THAT ONE ROOM!!!

Here is a picture of the main staircase which has also been restored. There are a couple of old chairs here, but I could not sit on them.

When we went into the kitchen I got to play! Kristin showed me "cup and ball" and a rag doll that little girls would have played with. I got the ball in the cup on the very first try!!!

I had another really fun day in Historic Fredericksburg. Tomorrow Elin is taking me to Washington, DC. My Mom, Terry, took me there a couple of weeks ago, but we are going to be stuck on a college campus this time. No Duck Tour for me. We will post more pictures when we get back on Sunday.
