Pal Mickey DVC shrt & Photopass discount??

Has anyone lately got the free DVC shirt when they bought a Pal Mickey? My kids want one, and I just checked SS and BCV and neither have the shirt. Also is there any Photo pass discounts out with DVC or annual passes?

I got one on Oct 18th at Saratoga.

I don't know about the photopass.

I got my shirt and Pal Mickey as SS in mid october. According to the article that was in the member news letter back in the spring, the DVC shirt offer with the purchase of a Pal Mickey ended on 10/31. That is probably why SS and BCV said that they didn't have any.
