Pal Mickey at Disneyland

We bought a Pal Mickey at Disneyworld this summer and my daughter loves it! I was wondering if Pal Mickeys are being sold at DL and if her Pal Mickey would work there?

There is no Pal Mickey being sold at DL. Because of this I doubt her's would "work" there. Sorry!

We are soooo looking forward to buying one when we get to WDW!

As a DVC member we got a free one day rental in June for a Pal Mickey at WDW. Even my DS9 loved it (don't tell his friends at home, they would tease him!!). Anyway, all three have asked for one from Santa already. If you are a Mickey fan, you need one. I'd even like to have one!!!

uuhhhh don't mean to sound stupid but what is a Pal Mickey?

Pal Mickey is a stuffed Mickey that contains a computer chip. This chip downloads information at the entrance of each park at WDW. He will tell you about rides, shows (he giggles when he has something to say). He also tell really bad jokes (that my daughter loved) and plays games. When not in the park he will tell jokes and I believe plays about 4 games. My almost 6 yo loved him and carried Mickey to every park and never once said "Mom you hold him, I'm tired".

He has a clip so that you can place him on your belt of fannypack. We bought a water bottle holder to put around his neck and that worked great.

Pal Mickey is one well loved toy (and looks it now). I sorry there won't be anything to load at DL.

I'm glad someone asked, because I had no idea either. Sounds like fun.
We're going back to DL in April and I would love to be able to buy one for our kids. Any word if it will ever happen at DL? How long has WDW had it?

BTW, how much do they cost at WDW?

Thank you. I wish I knew about it before friends went on 7/9. I know that they would have bought them for their kids if they had known about them.
