Paint the Night On the Go Times?

Does anyone know what is the latest time that can be reserved for dinner for the early parade? I thought I read it in a thread recently and can't find it again.

I read it was around 3pm for the early parade. That was too off of a time for me, so I decided to book noon instead and make it lunch.

3:45 PM is the latest. We are doing heavy snacking in the room instead of lunch to make it an early dinner.
