I am so excited, I cannot even sleep! I didn't think this trip was going to happen, so I have been thinking of planning a trip next year! Well, things are falling into place, and I will be at Disneyland for my Birthday next month! Woohoo! Will be there from Nov.1-5th!! I will be looking for LGMH! Can anyone tell me how long a drive from Phoenix, AZ to Anaheim? This is the weekend daylight saving time starts!

How Fabulous! :yay: And it's coming up fast, too (even more exciting!)!

It's about 360 miles from Phoenix to Disneyland and driving time depends on if you meet up with local traffic or take stops. Are you driving in on Halloween or will you drive overnight, afterward?

Have you checked with Google Maps and did a door to door calculation?

Congrats on your Birthday trip!!!!

I just wanted to say congratulations on yor upcoming trip. I can hear your excitment in your post. We get there when you leave and I can hardly wait! Oh yes, book a trip for next year, it is so nice to have Disney to look forward to.

I paid off our trip last week & am very excited!!!

My DD has never been to DL & my mom & I have only been once before. We went during the 50th celebration & only because I had to ride on the gold Dumbo!! Yes, I flew cross-country just to ride on Dumbo! :rolleyes1

We decided to go this year because DD started middle school & I realized that we won't be able to take her out of school anymore. So, while the rest of NJ heads to WDW for Teachers' Convention weekend, we're flying to CA & Disneyland!

Yea for you! When we used to live in Phx, the drive took us approx. 6 hours which included potty breaks and 1 meal break. If we drove straight through with only one gas stop, we could do it in a little over 5 hours.

Confirming the trip is one of the best parts of it!! Now the anticipation sets in!

Congrats! You're another scorpio like me (I'm Nov. 7). :goodvibes

I usually go down I-8 instead of I-10, but when I went I-10, it was about 6 hours with stops, like Danger Mouse mentioned. It's not a bad drive at all, especially now that the Riverside exchanges fixed.

i will be there the week before you. I am totally excited. I am planning another trip for next year as well. LOL

We will be driving from Phx to Santa Clarita ( staying with family) and it will take about 6 hours. We dont stop, but my kid are used to driving to Idaho, so 6 hours is nothing compared to that. LOL
