Page not loading??

Ok, let's see if I can explain this so you understand. Sometimes if I want a link to pop up in another window, I right click on my mouse and click on open new window. That opens the link directly instead of going up to the file, then new, and then window, and having to open the page that way if I want it in a new window. But lately the page hasn't been loading that way. If I go to file and new window that way it opens fine, but not if I right click using the mouse, a page comes up, but it doesn't load. It is really annoying me and I can't figure out why it isn't working. If anyone knows what I am talking about, and can help me, I would really appreciate it.
