Just the kitchen sink, I think

I'd also add:

plastic bags to keep things dry on wet rides
refillable water bottle (useful on the plane too)
insurance details
photocopies of all important documents (and leave a set at home with someone)

and another one on my list which helps us - I take a couple of plastic clothes pegs per person and add their names with an indelible pen. In the hotel I attach these to each person's towel as the towels usually all look the same and no-one ever remembers which one is theirs

I'm sure you'll end up with so many 'must takes' by the time everyone has added their suggestions that you'll need an extra case!
