Packing for trip once I've gone back to work?

I need help from you working moms!
I am going back to work after 5 years this fall!
We leave for AKL one week after I start my job (teaching kindergarten). The job starts monday and I leave on that Friday!
Help!We are just going for the long weekend.

From one working mom to another........(here goes):

I can't stress enough. BE ORGANIZED. Have a plan. Start packing early-ASAP.

Find a place where you can put a suitcase/toiletry size bag and set it out. Begin packing the things you won't use until your trip right now. Since it's going to be for a long weekend (4 days) then you may even be able to wash/pack most of the clothes the weekend before you leave(before you start back to work).

That's how I manage. A little at a time.
