Packet from TA

I am now 9 dyas away!!!!
I received ticket vouchers for our room and myw passes and a letter stating what to do if I don't get me luggage tags before I leave. I thought you get a packet before you leave with luggage tags, discounts, and info on the world.
Do you only get the welcome packet booking through disney or should you get one as well with a ta?
They did tell me my packet would arrive sometime after the ten day mark.

Sounds like we'll be arriving at the same time! I can tell you that for my upcoming trip I booked through Disney and my friend booked through Southwest. I received the packet with luggage tags and discounts but she didn't. She did receive her ME sticker tags, package details, and actual plane tickets.
