Packed & Moved..Disboutiquers Part 6 Kids Disney Boutique / Customs Clothes we sew

Can someone please tell me what the Big Give is?

The generous Disboutiquers decided to make outfits to a little girl who is going to Disney with her family. From my understanding, the mom used to make clothes for her children and was a member of the Disboutique community. Sadly, they lost a child last fall and mom couldn't bring herself to sew again for their upcoming trip.

Hope that I'm summing that up right.

Hey! I took a few weeks off and just now got to the end! I am so happy! Woo! I have been working part time at church and haven't been sewing, but I will get back to it soon I know.

Keep up the great work gals!   Here's 3 for you.

welcome back, can't wait to see what you come up w/!
...t.

I'm so disappointed...does anyone know how to clean a petti...I received one from :wizard: that was supposed to be in new condition...only to get it with a large nail polish stain on the side...:(

Here is what I made yesterday and today. It is for my friend's daughter. I am not feeling the love for it but I had a hard time finding a third fabric I liked so I did the patchwork tier. Oh well, I hope she doesn't hate it anyway. She is my best customer :rotfl: I think I'll throw in a free headband or something.

I really like it.

Love this skirt! This was the fabric I originally wanted to make my girls dresses with but when I went to buy it finally (I know I waited too long) they were sold out. Fantastic job! Those patchwork skirts are so time consuming but I love them!

Okay, here is last Friday's Walmart fabric find story. I must preface it by saing I loves me some polka dots!!!

SO I ran to Walmart to pick up some black with white polka dots to finish Dniece's WallE dress--that's it, that's all I needed I strolled past the remnant bin and spotted HOT PINK MINNIE DOT!! but they only had 20" :worried: so I ask if they have any more polka dot. The Walmart fabric lady told me she had a bunch on her $2 table. I asked if she had any more hot pink, she said no. Would they get any more in? No. Did other walmarts have it? No. She then in an very un-walmartish way proceeded to be chatty and informative :confused3 She said she talked her manager into ordering something to fill up her sparse $2 table and he reluctantly agreed, but it would be a one time deal. She personally picked out the polka dots. She ordered 4 bolts of each color, 1 large dot w/white dots on color, 1 large dot w/color dots on white, and the same in the small dots. By the time I got there most of the large white dots on colors was gone--they had even had red. And one of those blues would have worked for a retro Minnie skirt. I got a yard of nearly everything they had left, except the large red dots on white on the far right, I bought all they had of that. Now if you will notice the blue and yellow in the middle are perfect Donald Duck colors! I did get the reverse hot pink minnie dot and the teeny reverse hot pink minnie dot. It looks a little redder in the photos. IRL it is a good hot pink. I have no idea what I will do with any of this but it really made me happy.

Here's a quarter to show you the size. I wish I had gone to Walmart about a week earlier!

Oh my gosh! You are so lucky! Now I want to go to Wallyworld too - right now. I was just at one yesterday and didn't see anything that good but I was in a hurry so now I feel like I should go back. And go to the other store in town with fabric. What a find!

Thanks I am still nervous about it but am going to get my machine this weekend. What did you start with that eased you into sewing? I want to jump in but don't want to drown.

I agree, start with a You Can Make This pattern and if any of the terminology ((I am still a beginner but at the very start I didn't know what topstitching was) gets you ask someone and we will all help you.

Here is one dress that got done. DD2 is wearing it, so messy face and chasing her to get pictures was alot of fun. DD4 was at gymnastics but has the same dress.

I was trying to get a pic. of the back and she tried a head stand instead.

Here is the back of the dress

Had to tell her to hit the door, boy does she wear me out!
th_P1000858.jpg

Very cute! Love both of your daughter's dresses! I love the way that pattern ties in the back, it is so cute!

I finished my niece's dress!
th_IMG_4499.jpg

With a little luck I can ship it to her tomorrow and she will have it for her bday!

I'm sure you niece is going to love it! Great job!

Has anyone made anything with this Butterick Pattern?

th_B5020.jpg

I am making view C with the straps from View A -- I have finished the top and the skirt and I'm ready to put them together. But when I was pinning the two together for gathering, there isn't anything to gather in the back.:confused3 I read the back of the pattern and it says: Tops A, C, D and dress B have front princess seams, self-lined upper front, back elastic casing and gathered lower front. Is it saying that only the front is gathered and the back is not????

Another thing that has me confused about it is: if it is not gathered in the back then why does the picture of the back show some gathering?

th_B5020a.gif

Any advice?

I'm chicken to use a commercial pattern, all I've ever done is a YCMT pattern. One of these days I'll get brave and try it!

Here is my latest:
th_DSCF0027.jpg

Just and everyday outfit, but DD loves it b/c it is princess. She wants to wear it to bible school tomorrow.

Love the princesses!

Hi Everyone,

Here is Abby in the watermelon outfit I made her. I used some peoples suggestion about 1 button on the shoulder, and found watermelon buttons to use there!!
th_abbymelon.jpg

th_abbymelon2.jpg

I used the 4/5 size for her - do you think i should have bumped her up a size for the round neck part? does it not cover the shoulders enough???? thoughts??? thanks!!

wendy

I think it looks great. I wouldn't change the size at all. Very cute!

OK, so I have really just been briefly checking in the past few weeks because things have been so busy, but I just uploaded all my pics, so I will give you the run down of what we have been up to

I made a few cakes... Here are a couple.
sdcardcleanup493.jpg

th_sdcardcleanup518.jpg

What do you think this is supposed to be?

I am too cheap to spend $15 on the double layer stripwork form YCMT, so I tried to figure it out myself. lol...
th_sdcardcleanup515.jpg

And we celebrated Julia's Halfy Birthday. (you read that right, we are sooo cheesy that we celebrate the 6 month bday)
th_sdcardcleanup500.jpg

yeah... yeah... the cake decorator got lazy...
th_sdcardcleanup504.jpg

th_sdcardcleanup507.jpg

This was the first real food Julia ate. When I fed her cereal a few days later she was disgusted. I think she thought it would all taste that good

And clean up...
th_sdcardcleanup513.jpg

I also made something for Rob for father's day I want to share, but those pics need to get loaded still.

I love the Wall E dresses!
I love the Minnie peasant! Great job for a first dress!
The latest big give outfit is fantastic!
And Heather, it looks like Sawyers BDay was a blast! Great cake BTW!

Love the cakes! Julia sure does look like she enjoyed it! I love feeding babies for some reason, I love that stage where they sit there like a little birdie with their mouth's open waiting for their next bite!

kstgelais4- is it a pillow?

SAHM1000- feel free to ask any farm/ranch questions you have; I'm a city girl now but I grew up on a farm/ranch, and you can't be any worse than by brother's first wife. She went crazy the first time she saw hay come out of a hay baler in a bale- she thought it grew that way!

Okay, I knew that much anyway!

I had a huge multi-quote going before this one and my DH closed out the window (Heather - is my DH talking to Henry?). Love everything that was posted and sorry I don't have all of my comments!

STEPH- Sorry you're feeling down. I have to say I've been a little blue too. I didn't even get a card from dh for my Birthday he was being kinda jerkish the whole weekend He didn't even help the kids make me a card. And my sister didn't even call me either.
 Poor Anna :flower:

Lookee what I just bought! I think it's from the UK. Bambi was my mom's favorite Disney movie :lovestruc

th_bambifabric-1.jpg
 That is so special! The fabric is adorable!

I would be tickled if you used my idea!:goodvibes
I read that as "ticked" first. :rotfl2:

T-BERI TOG'S HAS LAUNCHED!!!!

you can see my first outfit listed (and a very cute pic of Little may I add) at www.whoababyboutique.com
   That is WONDERFUL!! Little looks so adorable!!!! I love the dress! Let us know how it goes!!

Thanks everyone for complimenting the outfit and nightgown. I have been so down lately and I knew my sewing friends would cheer me up.
E-mail me.

But, Jacob sure made Arminda's day yesterday!
You've got to keep me up to date on these things!! What happened?

I was horrified when I read your TR! I don't know how you stayed so calm. I hope you do make a complaint, and even if you don't have their names, you have their pictures!

I have no idea the real way to do multi-quotes, but I'm trying to do this with edits...
We have all the FGITs names. They weren't blatantly mean to the kids like the photographers were, though. :furious:

I found a ruffler foot at a little sewing shop in town by me it was $20 not sure if that is a good price. What does every one think?

Also keep your fingers crossed DH mentioned going Back to WDW in Feb 09! We are already going in Nov 08! Not sure it is a good idea to take the kids out of school again for a week in the same school yr but at least he is thinking about it! I really want to go for Star Wars weekends next yr but DH says it is too nice in IL and we should go when it is icky here. Which is a very good point. so we will see!
I answered you earlier and said that you can get the low shank ruffler foot for around $7 at JoAnn with the 40% off coupon they usually have. Do you have a JoAnn? If not, $20 is probably a good price.

Now my aunt I won't sew for her granddaughter, because she sent something that I made her back to me and told me a bunch of things that I needed to change about it. Hummph!!! See if I do.

Sewing for foster kids is a great idea. I'm on board!!!
:scared1: I can't believe she'd send the outfit BACK!!

I don't know how to organize the sewing for foster kids thing. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd like to be able to find out what they're interested in and then make them a themed outfit or something.

Love this idea (okay, I'm biased, I admit it...I'm a CPS worker!) Actually one of my foster kids is going to Disney with her foster family in July so I think I might make her an appliqued t to wear.

How would we organize this on a bigger level? Any ideas?

I'm so disappointed...does anyone know how to clean a petti...I received one from :wizard: that was supposed to be in new condition...only to get it with a large nail polish stain on the side...:(
Grrr!! That's frustrating! I don't have any idea how to get it off, though.

Can someone please tell me what the Big Give is?

You must have missed where I answered you back on page 107. Didn't want you to think I ignored you.

I made this one. It has elastic in the back. I don't usually need instructions to sew, but I had trouble with this one to. It has you hand sew the staps to the back when your finished, I believe. I would have preferred to sew them in the top, then make my adjustments from the front of the outfit. But the back looks gathered from the elastic.

Here is DD4 in her dress, she wasn't happy that I took pictures of her sister and not her.
Cheesy Smile!

P1000866.jpg

P1000867.jpg

The dresses look great!!  I have this pattern, but I haven't done anything with it yet. I love the Daisy Kingdom.

How do i find out what kind i need for the ruffler?

Check your book to see what type of shank you have. There is a slant shank, low shank, and high shank.

Sorry I have not been on much. Things at our house have not been wonderful. :( The adoption fell through and we have decided we are done with fostering and CPS. We are going to hopefully try IVF or some form of it next year, we are still looking at the specifics of it all including the cost.

Anyway I have moved my kiddos around and we have an extra room now that we only have intentions of trying once and even if the outcome is multiples we would put them in the same room. So I will for at least now have a sewing/ craft room! YA first for me to have enough room! For those of you that have a sewing/craft room what color did you paint it? I am trying to decide on something inspirational :) Any ideas? This is the room I am going to put a long work table along the wall where DD is sitting on the bed. And the shelves will hold my fabric and notions. DH wants to put a peg board on the wall for me to hang ribbon etc. My sewing machine will go smack in the middle of the shelved wall.
th_housepictures005.jpg

 I am so sorry about your adoption falling through. Keep us updated on the IVF, we are all sending prayers your way.

I know that the circle is supposed to be red, but there isn't much/any red on the fabric and I though it would look weird. I think that I am going to make black shorts. This shirt is for Jackson. The 3-4 will fit him perfectly. I will make the smaller size for Coops. I think that Cooper will have a black stripe so that Wall-e shows up a bit better. I will make Coops yellow shorts, maybe. I don't know.

Oh wow, that is a fantastic shirt! Love it!

This is the project that I was working on for Father's Day. I gave it to DH on FD, and he loves it!
th_robsgift005.jpg

Fantastic job on the scrapbook! Makes me realize that I haven't touched mine since September! Hmm, and poor Claire (DD3) only has two pages completed in hers. And my Disney album is almost but just not quite completed (and our next trip is in Sept.). I guess I had better get scrapping and sewing! And doing laundry, and cooking, cleaning, and having this baby!

still sewing for my (hope!!!!:confused3 ) trip..

a short skirt (I used 2" wide elastic for the waist...I find that it fits better

linnette

Love it all, the shirt with the two hems is really cute!

they all came out perfect!

Sorry about all the posts yesterday i lost some and forgot what I wanted to say if i didn't do my posts a page at a time. Please forgive me!

QUESTION

when you make your outfits do you all zig zag all the edges of the cut material? I started doing that with my niece's dress and I did it with the pieces of my son's Mickey shirt that i am hoping to start today. I am afraid of freying.

Especially since after i washed my sons Car Shorts which were flannel the edges started fraying. No I have to find something to stop them from fraying. any suggestions?

A Ruffler Question too

where do you get the rufflers? How do i know what kind my machine will need. have a brother I think it is an XR-46. Are they expensive?

When I make something I cut out all of the pieces and zig-zag around them before I ever sew them together. Then once I sew them I go back and zig-zag the seam together (most YCMT patterns will tell you to finish the seam with a zig-zag or a serger) and possibly top-stitch the seam.

I have found that zig-zagging all of the pieces before you sew them together cuts down on them fraying apart. I like Heather's idea of using a double seam too.

My ruffler foot (that I am too chicken to use yet!) came from a local home owned sewing shop. Make sure you know what type of machine you have and if possible what type of shank the foot is.

Hello everyone! How I've missed my sewing friends! I am still sick with sinus crud and three things in our house broke and we are leaving for PA Saturday so I have been swamped.

T: I don't know if I'll make it to Hancock's. I'll really try but my list of stuff to do before we leave is getting bigger each day instead of smaller. Your outfits look adorable!

Heather: Love the Buzz outfits and that cake is so cool. You just drew him on there, freehand? I am in awe of your talent. Megan thinks birthday cakes come from the Publix bakery and that's the way it's going to stay!

Ms McKenna:  I'm sorry you are having it so rough right now.

Love all the new things, especially Linnette sewing for herself. Here is what I have been up to:

th_IMG_0579.jpg

Tinkerbelle nightgown for Megan. The fabric is shiny on one side and soft on the inside. She said is a princess gown and she loves it.

th_IMG_0583.jpg

Petty Steph Warning: My neighbor and her daughter came by last week and they saw the nightgown on the table. The daughter asks me to make her one. This is the one I made the Thanksgiving outfits for and she never thanked me. I don't know if I should make her a peasant dress nightgown (much easier) or what. I really don't want to make her anything because I am petty. :guilty:

Here is the outfit for the Big Give. I just need to add a ruffle on the bottom of the peasant top. I tried the rolled hem on the bottom of the skirt and I am not sure if I did it right. And the ties in the back seem too short so I might take them out and try a few rows of elastic thread instead. So I guess it's really not done yet, lol!

th_IMG_0577.jpg

th_IMG_0575.jpg

I am going to try to finish this today so I can mail it out before we go.

Love the nightgown. I probably wouldn't make one for the little girl either! I don't understand why people find it so hard to say thank you for things!

The Big Give outfit is so cute! Love it!

BIG GIVE OUTFIT

So here is my BIG GIVE outfit I have been working on. It didn't turn out exactly as I planned but I hope it doesn't look too bad. :confused3 I used CarlaC's easy-fit pants pattern and made the capris. (They really are supposed to be capris...LOL... my little one is just younger and (hopefully) shorter than Isabelle. Hahaha. Then I was inspired to paint princesses all over them. I had to paint Snow White twice because the first shirt I used was way too big!!!! I guess I bought a boy's tshirt instead of a girls and it was way too long. This shirt looks better. Oh and then I got some white hightops and painted them to match. I have to admit though, painting princess faces on the side of shoes was NOT as easy as I had hoped for either. Hahahaha. Anyway....what do you guys think????

Here is my little one modeling it:

Wow, that is so fantastic! You did a great job and I love the shoes! The shoes puts the whole outfit over the top!

WOW!!!!! You ROCK!!! It's gorgeous! I can't believe you even made shoes. That is just too cute!

Here's a link to the TR that explains it all.
http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1837163

We're making outfits for their daughter to wear on their next trip, after the tragic death of their son. I think they probably have about 5 outfits/day at this point!

I'm hoping we can continue the BIG GIVE with another family, or something, soon! Any ideas out there? Teresa mentioned that maybe we could make clothes for foster kids?

I hope we can continue the Big Give. I feel selfish by not having joined up but with the baby and our own trip coming up I didn't have the time but I would love to sign up for a future Big Give!

Foster children would be great candidates. Also, I know when I taught (in my low income schools) that at Christmas I would find groups of people to adopt a student's family and provide them with things that they needed. If anyone is a teacher or counselor (Miss Cammie????) and is aware of a family that could use help in clothing their children (or themselves) they might also be good candidates.

Lookee what I just bought! I think it's from the UK. Bambi was my mom's favorite Disney movie :lovestruc

Wow, you have hit the fabric jackpot lately!

The generous Disboutiquers decided to make outfits to a little girl who is going to Disney with her family. Sadly, they lost a child last fall and mom couldn't bring herself to sew again for their upcoming trip.

Oh my goodness what an incredible loss and how generous of y'all. How old is the little girl and is it too late to donate?

I'm so disappointed...does anyone know how to clean a petti...I received one from :wizard: that was supposed to be in new condition...only to get it with a large nail polish stain on the side...:(

Normally I just toss ours in the washer but nailpolish is going to be a tough one. Personally I'd contact the seller and "discuss" the situation since it was supposed to be clean. They should allow you to return it.

You'll find that the women on this thread are AMAZING. They freely give advice, support, compliments and a little pixie dust to each other DAILY. They have been known to help fellow dis'ers on more than one occasion whether collectively or separately. I am blessed and proud to be among them.

You can PM mousetriper, she is the one who coordinated the GIVE. I know that Isabelle has more outfits than she could possibly wear on this trip and it sounds like we are thinking of making the BIG GIVE a regular project and blessing other families as well so keep in mind that there will be opportunities to give big later too. If this particular GIVE speaks to you I'm sure that you will be able to participate.

Now I have to retire for the evening I am STILL sick.

I would contact the seller those pettis aren't cheap and if it is said to be new it should be in perfect condition!

If you really just want to keep it i would wash it by hand...

I answered you earlier and said that you can get the low shank ruffler foot for around $7 at JoAnn with the 40% off coupon they usually have. Do you have a JoAnn? If not, $20 is probably a good price.
Heather i did see your response but when I looked on line it looked like JoAnns only had Singer ones and I have a Brother machine so I was afraid that one wouldn't work for me. So I walked to the local sewing shop. I might also take the hike to Joanns I do have one about 35 minutes away.

Sorry for being a pain about it:worried:

A few of you gave me some advice on stopping the fraying thank you so much! I am still learning and I feel like I have learned so much from all of you already!

That is funny! But you gave me a new idea! I bet if I cut up an XXL scrub top from Walmart I would have enough fabric to do SOMETHING with it! :rotfl2:

I so almost did that at Christmas! They had the cutest Mickey Christmas scrub top. I just couldn't make myself spend that much on it though. Even for the XXXL (more fabric that way:thumbsup2 ).

You are SOO not being a pain about it! I wasn't sure if you saw my response. A lot of times people skip over my obnoxious multi-quotes and miss my responses.

My JoAnn had an unbranded ruffler foot. All you need to know is what kind of shank you have on your machine- low, high, or slant shank. Then, you need to find a ruffler that coordinates with the type of shank, no matter the brand.

These women are wonderful! I've learned a LOT from them in the last year, too!

This is ADORABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it and I know Isabella and Alicia are going to love it!
Awww thank you so very much!!! I hope they love it!

This is AWESOME, seriously cute. What is this Big Give I keep seeing?
Thank you!!! The Big Give was an idea I got after reading about the Winklers. They lost their sweet baby boy Levi in a tragic car accident just 5 days after returning from WDW. They are planning a return trip this year which I know will be very bittersweet. I had the idea of making Isabelle an outfit and thought I would ask if others wanted to help me out....well let me tell you the BIG GIVE just took off!!! Everyone has been so sweet and generous and I am just in awe. I can not thank everyone enough!!!!

OMG you painted those on! They are beautiful along with your little girl!!!!!
Awww you are so sweet, thank you! :cloud9:

AMAZING! I can't wait to see Isabelle wear this one! She is going to love it so much. That little girl of yours is beautiful!
Thank you!!! I can not wait for Isabelle to try this on as well. I hope she likes it. :goodvibes

WOW!!!!! You ROCK!!! It's gorgeous! I can't believe you even made shoes. That is just too cute!
Heather, thank you so much. I had to make the shoes...I love it when they match the outfit!! I guess you could say I have always had a shoe-fetish! :rotfl2:

WOW Beth!!!! This is SO cool! I keep thinking I would like to try painting on fabric. Would you mind giving a little more info on how you did it, what type paint you used, etc? And I'd love to see a closeup of the shoes! Isabelle will be so excited!
Thank you, you guys are just making me feel so good!!! This really wasn't all that difficult, just a little time consuming. I actually started out buying some jeans but once I started painting on them the colors were just not accurate enough for me. I did a few layers and it still didn't look right. Also, the store bought jeans were just too narrow in the legs for the look I wanted so I went ahead and used CarlaC's easy-fit pants pattern. I love how they turned out. Then I actually painted the princesses on white fabric and fused them onto the capris. That way the paint color was more accurate. Side note though...I think I used the wrong kind of fusible stuff as it is not as smooth in some areas. I guess I know better for the next time. Haha.

Anyway, since the t-shirt was white I just went ahead and painted directly on the shirt. I just used whatever kind of paint I had here at home. You can't tell in the picture but some of it it puffy paint and some is sparkly paint. Most of my paint is either Tulip paint or Scribbles paint. You can buy them cheap at just about any hobby/craft store.

As far as the shoes go...those were a little harder. Drawing on them was kinda hard and they sucked up the paint. But I think they turned out really cute. I will have to take some close up shots of them and post them.

Sorry for rambling but I hope I have answered all your questions! LOL. :goodvibes

This is FABULOUS! Great job!
Thank you so much!!!!:goodvibes

It looks great Beth!! You are really talented!
Teresa, thank you kindly!!!

One time she told Megan if she didn't do what she said she wouldn't be her friend anymore. Megan locked herself into her room crying. The little girl told me I needed to make her come out and play with her. When I tried to explain that Megan's feelings were hurt she said (and I will never forget this as long as I live), well, I don't know her that well, so how would I know what would hurt her feelings? That was the last time she was invited to our house for a playdate.

So I guess I won't make her a nightgown, but I will feel guilty because she asked me to.
Thanks everyone for complimenting the outfit and nightgown. I have been so down lately and I knew my sewing friends would cheer me up.
Awww Steph, how sad. I hate it when kids are mean to other kids. Poor Megan. I would NOT feel quilty about not making this girl a nightgown. Your talents are TOO GREAT to be wasted on someone who does not appreciate all the love and effort that went into it.

And I am sorry you have been feeling down lately.....you have LOTS of friends here who love ya!!! Are you excited about your upcoming trip to PA?

But, Jacob sure made Arminda's day yesterday! ;) :thumbsup2
:confused3 Hey did I miss something? LOL.

That is amazing!
Thank you!:goodvibes

What kind of paint do you use for this? Do you paint on white fabric and then sew it onto the shirts and pants? These are very beautiful and I am curious how they are done.
Hi there....thank you very much. Yes, I painted all the princesses (except for Snow White) onto white fabric first and then attached them to the capris. I only did this because the paint was not true to color when I tried painting directly on the jeans. Snow White I just painted directly onto the t-shirt.

Awesome!!! The princesses came out great everywhere!!! :thumbsup2 I just showed my girls and they want the same thing :faint:
LOL.....my little one is so excited about giving this outfit to Isablle. She said it will make her "happy", however then she asked if I would make her one without princesses!!!?? :rotfl2: She said she wants Mickey and Minnie. So I guess I am going to start thinking of a Christmas themed one with the Fab-5 characters. :cool1: Thank you for your kind words!!!

That is so pretty!!!!
Thank you so much!!

Great job. She is going to love it.
Awww I really appreciate that. Thanks.

That is amazing! Do you sell on ebay?
Wow thank you! Nope I don't sell on ebay. I just make things for fun. :goodvibes

There is a dis'er (AKSunshine) family that suffered a tragic loss of their little boy Levi a week after returning home from WDW last fall. Several of the disboutiquers are creating outfits for the daughter Isabelle for their return trip to WDW this August/September. I also remember hearing that the DisCreative board was putting something together for the family. It is a feel-good project for many of us here.:hippie: :hippie: :hippie:

Here is the link to the family's pre-trip report.
Yes, everyone has been so generous and wonderful. I really can't believe how kind everyone is here on the DIS. A lot of the gals from the creative board are helping me collect items for a surprise basket that I will be shipping to the Winkler's hotel at WDW. Alicia knows nothing about this one....ssshhhh...LOL!!!

Yes very sad...Alicia HAND SEWED items for Isabelle and Levi for their last trip. However, she has said it is just too hard to think about sewing disney items for Isabelle since she won't be sewing any for Levi. She has been in tears numerous times over how sweet everyone is being!!! She can't believe we are all doing this for them!! She is so appreciative!!!

Wow, that is so fantastic! You did a great job and I love the shoes! The shoes puts the whole outfit over the top!
 Thank you so very much!!! I just love the shoes with it too!!!!

Oh my goodness what an incredible loss and how generous of y'all. How old is the little girl and is it too late to donate?
Isabelle is 6 years old now...she was 5 when the accident occured. You are more than welcome to participate if you would like!!!! Feel free to PM me!!

Well said T.....I would love to help other kids too. This BIG GIVE has truly inspired me as well. :goodvibes

LOVE it!!!! I think it's just gorgeous.
Aww thank you for your kind words!!!!

YOU are incredibly talented! I think she will LOVE IT!
Oh you are so sweet, thank you so much!!! I sure hope she loves it!!!
