Packages sent to resort?

How does it work when you buy things in the park and have it sent to the resort? Does the stuff go to your room or do you have to go somewhere at the resort to pick it up? ASMU specifically.

They are delivered right to yoour room. You need atleast 24 hours for them to get there.

The last couple of times that we have gone, they have actually been delivered to the "store" at our resort. They leave us a message on the phone and we go down and pick up our stuff.

Wilderness Lodge did that last year when we were there. I don't know if they would have eventually brought it to the room, but we just picked it up when they called.

I don't know about the value resorts but at the moderates you go to the gift shop and pick up your packages.

At one time they did deliver the packages directly to your room but as the program caught on, the task became overwhelming and they began delivering to the gift shop at each of the resorts. As it stands right now, if you purchase items in the park they will be delivered to the resort gift shop. You will recieve a message on your room phone and you will have to go pick them up there. You can only have them delivered to your resort up until the day before you check out.
