My daughter may be able to join us for the first five days of our free dining package. If I add her now so that we can pick our fast passes at 60 days will I be able to remove her if something happens and she can't come?

You have to add her for the length of stay. You can remove her for no charge up until 30 days, then there will be a fee to remove her.
