Package payment ?

Hi everyone- I booked my vacation package about 10 months ago for our June vacation (and changed it up when the summer deal came out) and have been able to make payments each month online to it. Today I went on to make another payment and I'm no longer able to do so and get the below message. Anyone know what's up or is it maybe "Disney being Disney"?

Disney being Disney. I was helping my Aunt earlier today because she was having the same issue. She really wanted to make her final payment today, so she could do the Paid In Full dance , so after trying to get WDW IT to help with no luck she just used the automated phone payment.

Id assume it was Disney being Disney. There should not be any payment limit. I once made 70 payments towards my trip over a year span (bought 70 gift cards at BJs for a 5% discount).

good grief. Do you happen to know the number to make a phone payment, or is it the same "reservations" number and you get a prompt?

She used (407) 939-7675 and follow the prompts.

Must be a glitch in the system. This also happened to me yesterday as well.

I just checked my MDE account and the "Make a Payment" option is now there so check yours today.
