Right I understand that but bell services did not bring our things to the room. We did it ourselves.
If Bell services received the groceries that is why you were charged. It doesn't matter if you picked them up from bell services and brought them to your room.Right I understand that but bell services did not bring our things to the room. We did it ourselves.
Yes they must have marked it as bell services delivery . Their mistake but I will have to call tomorrowIf Bell services received the groceries that is why you were charged. It doesn't matter if you picked them up from bell services and brought them to your room.
If you met the grocery delivery person and took them there would not be a charge but I'm guessing that is not the case?
Edit:
The website from @muppets3d mentions you should not be charged if they are not brought to your room but mail packages are charged $6 so maybe they just marked them as mail?
We never notice as we have bell services bring our Groceries, Owners Lockers and luggage to our room.
We are at the airport ., noticed it on my credit card. We would not have fad timeThen you should have visted the bell services stand and asked the manager why you were charged. Once you check out and the bill is final I don't know what you can do.

The website linked is referring to WDW. Thanks for sharing though glad to know Aulani doesn't charge to accept packages.I have had Coffe from Hawaii delivered by mail and have not been charged.
I am referring to a BLT delivery, not Aulani. The website linked is referring to WDW. Thanks for sharing though glad to know Aulani doesn't charge to accept packages.
I believe there’s an email address for the Billing department on your statement, so you can try that. I like having an email trail in case of disputes.Yes they must have marked it as bell services delivery . Their mistake but I will have to call tomorrow
Sorry you didn’t mention a resort so I just assumed it was Aulani as you did mention Hawaii.I am referring to a BLT delivery, not Aulani.
yes..it was. I called and they reversed the charge. They thought it was delivered to our room and it was not.It sounds to me like it was an error on Disney's part that can be fixed. When we have Bell deliver to our room (and we've done it at BCV, AKL, OKW, and probably others), we're charged $6. When we go to Bell and pick it up ourselves, or we are there for the delivery when it comes, no charge.
