We just checked out of our dvc and there was a $6.00 package handling fee for a grocery delivery.. never had this happen before ? We did not have the items brought to the room. We did it ourselves

Right I understand that but bell services did not bring our things to the room. We did it ourselves.

If Bell services received the groceries that is why you were charged. It doesn't matter if you picked them up from bell services and brought them to your room.

If you met the grocery delivery person and took them there would not be a charge but I'm guessing that is not the case?

Edit:
The website from @muppets3d mentions you should not be charged if they are not brought to your room but mail packages are charged $6 so maybe they just marked them as mail?

We never notice as we have bell services bring our Groceries, Owners Lockers and luggage to our room.

Yes they must have marked it as bell services delivery . Their mistake but I will have to call tomorrow

Then you should have visted the bell services stand and asked the manager why you were charged. Once you check out and the bill is final I don't know what you can do.
We are at the airport ., noticed it on my credit card. We would not have fad time

In my spam at 3:00 am .. so we would not have time to have dealt with it anyway as we had an early flight
That is where mine always goes as well not entirely sure why.

On a side note not sure when you got the groceries but you can look at the room charges in MDE during your stay. I do this every couple of nights so that I can bring a discounted gift card down to the front desk and wipe us back to $0.

I have had Coffe from Hawaii delivered by mail and have not been charged.

It sounds to me like it was an error on Disney's part that can be fixed. When we have Bell deliver to our room (and we've done it at BCV, AKL, OKW, and probably others), we're charged $6. When we go to Bell and pick it up ourselves, or we are there for the delivery when it comes, no charge.

yes..it was. I called and they reversed the charge. They thought it was delivered to our room and it was not.
