Package delivery to your hotel room

Not sure if this is the correct forum to post my question, but can you tell me about package delivery? (we are staying at BWI) Do they only deliver purchases from the parks or DTD too? Also, will they be delivered the same day?

Hi there.. resort delivery from DTD too as long as it is one of the Disney Stores.... there are some non-disney stores in DTD like Basin. (Great Store)

Your packages arrive at your resort the next day and you pick them up in the gift shop unless you are in concierge where they leave them in your room for you.

It is super convenient you just fill in the little form and thats it.

You are given a claim receipt to show the CM at the resort gift shop upon pick-up. If that's lost, you can show your resort ID.

They cannot guarantee delivery before 1 pm the next day so they tell you not to get them delivered if you're leaving the next day (they'll recommend getting it sent to the front of the park if you're in a park). I wish they could get it there before then - it bothers me that they can't.

To pick up your package, you just need the green receipt they give you. Then you'll have to sign in a notebook to show you picked it up. They'll call you and leave a message in your room to tell you that your package has arrived.

Hang on to those green receipts they give you in the store. I have tried to pick up packages without them and some CMs get rather testy. One tried to make me go back to my room and get them.

Have not been to Disney for a few years, last time I was there they delivered the packages to your room, The gift shop is good but still I wish it was to the rooms.
