What would you guys do? (You are the experts!)

Right now I have reservations at BWPPI for 3 nights for $362 and I can get my dad to get us the military tickets for $153 for 3 days, total $768; or

or I can do our BWPPI and get the so. cal pass from costco (we are only also going to SeaWorld) for $200 something (do you have to go to the ticket line booth for these); or

I can book with getaway today for a total of $804, which isn't that much more and I can get early admission for one day

I tried to book with disney and they are all sold out for the dates I want for most of the good neighbor hotels.

Thanks for your advice!! (I can also do Fairfield for alittle cheaper, but DH wants a microwave)

Are you only going to Seaworld other than DLR? Be sure to check out their site for any deals they might have. I don't usually see actual discounts, but each time we've gone we've gotten a multi-day pass for one day's price. The first two times were just a BOGO deal with 2 days for 1 day's price. But the last time, DS and I actually got over a year for just the one day price. There were some blackout days (4 or 5 of them) but it was a great deal.

So really run those numbers specifically, if SW is the only other place you're going.

Kailua, I get $515 with BWPPI and the military tickets, is there something I am missing?? If that is the case, and I could get it at that price, I would skip the MM and just go normal operating hours. Isn't Hawaii behind Calif. time? That will make it a little harder to get going early, too.

Maybe check out the cost of Sea World separately?

It looks like your first option is the best one, and GAT is the worst choice, monetarily.

Just my 2 cents. :upsidedow

sorry bad math here, its $153 each for the 3 day military tickets. We only need to get 2 as DD is only 2, so the total for the tickets would be $306, plus the $462 for the hotel, totally $768 vs. $804 with package.

I was wondering on the time difference too. We are I think 3 hours ahead of California timewise. My DD is a late sleeper, both in the am and pm. She normally doesn't wake up until 8 and goes to bed around 10, so I was thinking if I can keep her on almost Hawaii time, she would be getting up about 6 and we could get to the parks early. So many things to think about now with a little one :)

Where else can you get a good package besides Getawaytoday and disneyland?

Thanks everyone. I really appreciate it!!

We went in sept 2008 and used the so cal city pass. We went to seaworld, sd zoo, and disneyland/CA. We did not have to redeem the city pass at Seaworld, however we did have to wait in line at the ticket booth at Disney to redeem it. They let us upgrade our 3 day park hopper pass to a 4 day park hopper with a magic morning admission for $5 more per pass.

Actually 8am in Hawaii is 11am in Cali until we fall back then 8am in HI is 10am in cali. That means 10pm HI time is 1am Cali time, unless its fall back then its midnight cali time. I will tell you, having a late sleeper myself, nights are quite dead after firewworks, so you have a few hours that lines are short with out making your little one get up early and be super cranky for most of the day. Also, your dad should be able to get seaworld passes and/or a city pass for you too. I know we can in WA, we were stationed in HI before here :) I've been twice now with little ones, so if you need tips let me know!

how did you upgrade to 4day? an mm didnt come with the 3day?

The MM day should have come with the 3 day, and you upgrade to a 4 day by paying the difference. The 3 day included with the citypass has traditionally been valued at the cost of a pre-purchase 3 day ticket, and you just pay the difference.
