Package Booked but Wrong Address

Hi all,

I am a visitor in Hong Kong and have booked the Disney package (rseort + themed park + dinning) through telephone. Disney sent me the confirmation of my reservation to my email account and I found that they mistyped my address, what should I do ?

Do Disney will mail me something , like the leaflet, voucher, magic express tag, etc. before I arrive ?

So, it is important that my address should be correct otherwise I cannot receive what I need to receive, right ?

call them back and have them correct the address, there is stuff they mail you that is very important.
 
I have send email to request them for amendment but no response up to now. I try to call them but their lines are always busy.

By the way, normally, what kind of things will Disney mail to the visitors ?
Will it includes the tickets, dinning coupon, or just some minor thinhs which is not important, I will try to call them later on, please let me know more.

the confirmation, and the luggage tags... in reality you can get by with out them... you get everything you really need at check in at the resort.
 

Does it mean that even I do not receive anything from Disney due to wrong address

and only need to checking in in person and they will give me all the required stuff, like the ticket, dinning coupon, etc

My understanding is that if you are doing the Magical Express you do need to have the luggage tags before you begin your travels. For everything else (tickets, dining etc.) they give that to you at check in so all you need is your confirmation number.
On our last trip all of our information arrived over a month after our actual trip! I thought that maybe my husband had booked another trip, but no such luck. We were not doing the Magical Express though so we were not affected by the delay.

Beause my email confirmation has shown that I have booked this magical express service.

I think this is my right even I do not receive such tags due to fail mailing.

It's been a few years since I used the Magical Express but I do think you will still be able to use it. However you will have to pick up your luggage at the baggage carousel and bring it to the bus instead of having it delivered directly to your room.

Hopefully someone else who has used it more recently can verify if that is correct.
 
Best advice? Call Disney & have them correct it now. It easy to do might have to wait awhile on hold due to the free dining offer that is out there now. Try calling in afternoon or evenings. I have called twice now regarding my two other trips wait time around 5 minutes. But call.
