We're getting a pack-n-play in the room for our 7 month ds. we're also getting in at midnight - do you think it will already be set up or will we have to do it? and if they usually don't, do you think a call the week before we come to request it set up b/c of the late hour would be honored?

We had a Pack and play request on our reservation in May 07...when I checked in (10:30am) I asked them about it and they said they would have it delivered to the the room right away. We went to eat at the food court then headed to MK for 4 hours...returned to our room to find our luggage from ME but no pack and play. Again I called and asked for it to be delivered right away so our son could take an afternoon nap and it was brought within 30 minutes. If you are getting in that late, (if flying) I would call before your flight departs your home airport or (if driving) call them about 2 hours before arrival and ask them to have it at the front desk for you. They will not usually put anything inside of your room before you arrive and check in because, for one reason or another, they may need to change you to a room other than the one you were originally supposed to be in. If you call ahead of time, I would stress how important it is that there be one available for you right away so your little one can get right down to sleep...sometimes mousekeeping can be very slow to deliver requested items, especially this late in the night. HAVE FUN!

When we stayed at BWV - there was a pack n play already in the closet (took up most of the closet!) so not sure where you are staying but perhaps it may be stored in the room.

My DD, DGS and I went to a hotel in DC and asked for crib - it took over an hour and 4 calls to get it delivered and we had asked in advance ....

I would carry direct number for hotel with you and call from the airport - since you will have luggage with you, ask for bell services to have a P N P waiting for you at the bell desk.

It looks like you're staying at the WL and I believe all the deluxes already have them in the room so you should be set. Cast Members cannot deliver anything to a room until the guest has been checked in as rooms often change around last minute and they don't want things in the wrong room.
