Hi I need some P&PD now... I'm dealing with a work situation, and am meeting with my supervisor right after lunch... I just need to get through this without getting too upset or emotional.

Here's hoping that you have the luck that my DH didn't have this morning! He was handed a 50% pay cut.... and the possibility to earn some of it back on commission. If the targets are not met in 3 months, termination. Supposedly it's across the board company wide thing, but who knows. Not good news for sure.

I hope you get good news and that you can keep your composure, something that I would have a hard time doing (I would be an emotional wreck).

Thank you all for your P&PD!! I really appreciated it, and could feel it.

Everything worked out, our meeting ended up not being till 2:15 which was probably better because it gave me a chance to compose myself. I've just been really frustrated with my job lately. I was moved to another dept. a couple of months ago, and I hate it. There is so much work, it is overwhelming. The training I received was poor, and now we (myself and the others on my team) are getting reemed because we're letting the work slip. I guess I voiced my displeasure about the situation just a tad too loud, I didn't scream or wasn't disrespectful... just frustrated. So therefore, the meeting.

But I talked to my supervisor and it was fine. Hasn't really changed the "work" situation, but at least she didn't fire me I NEED TO FIND A NEW JOB!!!
