Ownership in 74A at Saratoga Springs Resort

The thread on Unit 91B at SSR made me go and find my paperwork. I found that I own 0.3284% interest in Unit 74A at SSR.

Are there any other co-owners of 74A?

Lets see how big our neighborhood is!

Does anyone know where 74A is maybe I'll visit in December and get a picture of "our home."

We bought Jan 06 - from our Dec 05 cruise! We also own at 74A I guess that makes us partners It would be great if you got a pic in Dec! We will be there in June - I guess we will have to check it out - didn't realize there was an actual unit assigned to us.

74A is in the 11th SSR building opened, which is the 4th Paddocks section building opened, which is the Paddocks building that is 2nd closest to the Congress Park section.

74A is a cluster that includes 2 2-br lockoffs and 1 2-br dedicated.
It is on the first floor.
Facing the building from the parking lot, it is the 2-br lockoff and 2-br dedicated facing outward at the end of the building to the far left. It also includes the 2-br lock-off facing forward just around the corner. (This is the 2-br next to the 2-br under the GV).

I didn't know we had an actual unit assignment either until I ready the post on Unit 91 last night. So I dug out our paperwork and sure enough there it was.

I will try and get a picture of our home while I am there. We also got interested in December while on the December 7th, Magic cruise we were on. We stay over Saturday night and check out the units at the Boardwalk and then had a tour on Sunday morning at SSR. We made our deposit two hours before our flight!

Glad to have you as a partner, lets see how many others we can find.

(Note: common areas are included as undivided interest in the whole building, which in this case includes all units 66 thru 73. It appears (if I'm reading things correctly) that the adjacent leisure pool is included with units 66-73).

26A is the middle building in the Springs section, 1st floor. As you face the building from the parking area, it consists of the 2-br lockout and 2-br dedicated facing outward at the far left end of the building.

This ones a littler tougher.
Unit 1 is the first building opened. This is the Congress Park building on the end toward the boat dock, restaurant, etc. Since this building was all presold, they did all the definitions in one document, and it's 120 pages long.
Everything in this building begins with '1'.
Anyway, the system will not create a pdf with over 100 pages.
It can be looked up page by page, but it's kind of a slow hunt and peck type of thing. I'll try to look it up sometime later.

BTW, I own in '1F'

Ok, I looked it up on a faster computer!

1D is in the 1st Congress Park Building opened on the first floor.
Viewing the building from the parking area side, it is the 2 2-br lockouts on the far right side facing outward, the 2-br lockout around the corner facing forward, and the 2-br lockout next to it (under the GV).
