Owner's Locker code?

Does anyone have a discount code to Owner's Locker? I know as dis member we are supose to get a discount but I cannot find a code or anything to get that discount.

I saw a link - check the top of the DVC boards or the top of the Resorts boards, maybe. There used to be a sticky / ad / link at the top of a page somewhere.
