Owners Locker and AoA

Does the front desk deliver the Owners Locker to the room or will have to get it and take it to my room? I'm asking because my locker is heavy and from what they tell me, the LM rooms are FAR away from civilization. I've never stayed on-site before and off-site it's easy to get the locker, put it in my van and take to our room. I won't have a car on-site. Thanks in advance for the answer. Thanks!

The Little Mermaid room aren't far from civilation, they're just further from the main building than the suites. Luggage Assistance will bring it to your room after you cal them and during one of their scedued trips (front desk delivers almost nothing). You need to be in your room and a tip is appropriate - especially if it's heavy. Or if you have a wheeled suitcase, you could empty it and bring it down there and load in your Owners Locker stuff.
