Owners Locker..4 Stars!!!

Ok....So a while back, I put a post up asking if anyone could do me a favor while they were at DVC...I needed a magnet and sticker...SO, John, from owners locker, sends me a message, offering to help me....NOT ONLY DID HE HELP ME, he mailed me both items!!!! What a super guy....We are contemplating owners locker, but, because we plan on driving, we have the room for our stuff, BUT, if anyone is thinking about it, this should make up your mind!! For a guy who owns a company to do this just because, with no gain, speaks VOLUMES of the customer service he provides!!!!

John, thank you!!! And, continued success with your business!!

We have an owner's locker and just love it ! Far beyond that we can speak from personal experience that John is a very conscientious business owner that works very hard to ensure that his clients are more than satisfied with his service. If you are on the fence, cross over, you won't be disappointed.
The convenience of having all those miscellaneous items waiting for you when you arrive...not having to pack them...it is wonderful.

We have an OL and are extremely happy with it and the service they provide. I've been able to store everything but the clothes we would normally bring down to Disney in my locker and love that we no longer have to pack tons of stuff and herd it all through the airport. You name it, we have it in our OL. We go to Disney often and with the baggage surcharges that the airlines do we come out way ahead.

We got our owners locker for the first time last May. When we came over again in September, it was fantastic to have all our stuff already there, and not have to cart it all over from the UK. As for the customer service that John and Brian provide, it is superb. They go to extraordinary lengths to do what they can for their customers, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Anyone who has any doubts about signing up - I am sure you will not be disappointed

Love, love, love it! We packed ours up in Dec. and then came in March. WOW! We were impressed by what we had put in there, but then were really surprised at the things we had forgotten such as aloe vera to soothe sunburn (we had stored sunscreen ) and a hairbrush.

We go back in Oct. and it sure eases my mind that I don't have to worry about what to haul or remember.

And yes, the OL crew is the best and hope to meet them on the next trip.

Thanks, OP, for posting this story. At a time when Disney magic seems to occasionally be a little rough around the edges, it is fun to read about Owners Locker keeping the dream alive!

We just signed up as well and can't wait to fill our locker in Sept! I am keeping a list and it is getting longer and longer and longer lol! With 2 small kids the less we have to bring the better, and sometimes I fly home alone if DH can't stay the entire time. We are SO looking forward to this "luxury" to make our DVC vacations even easier.

Realy, it does add to the "welcome Home" feel of participating in DVC - your stuff is still there! You really never completely leave "The World".

We just signed up for OL and can't wait to use it for the first time. Tp CPDWIZ - we usually drive also; however, it is much easier to have the locker so you don't have to pack and cart all the stuff. Also, just in case we fly, we are all set!!!!

We are going to have our first Owner's Locker experience this July and we can't wait!!!! We also drive and my list keeps growing and growing on what I can bring with me and leave there. It's wonderful to read such positive stories about John & Brian's great service. We are so looking forward to meeting them and to using our Owner's Locker for the first time.

Someone above said it best, Owner's Locker is adding to (or replacing) some of the Disney Magic. We have 2 lockers and a stroller stored with them. John and Brian are the best!

As a little perk, if you are around EPCOT on Tuesday evenings Owner's Locker has a small gathering in the France Pavilion and they will buy you a glass of wine.
