Overnight in North Carolina

We'll be leaving this Thursday morning for WDW and figure we'll be stopping for the night in either Fayetteville or Lumberton NC.

Where have you stayed and where wouldn't you stay again? We usually stay at the Hampton Inns but their prices have gone up signifigantly and am now looking for something comparable.

We have never stayed in Lumberton or Fayetteville but we did stay at Comfort Inn in Rocky Mount and it was clean and basic. I am not sure of their rates (I think it was around $68) but we did get some money off with our AAA card.

We stayed at a Days Inn an exit or 2 before Fayetteville. Never again will I stay at a Days Inn! We have a had a lot of success with Holiday Inns on our drives to WDW.
