Other things I can't believe:

ZZUB wimped out on bringin' the funny. What's up with that?!!

Ash has a teenager who is 6'5". Wait. That one I can believe.

Lexmelinda avoids Big Macs. Or does she?

But above all else, what I really can't believe is how SWEET and TOUCHING all of your comments have been. I don't even have the words to tell yall how much I appreciate what each of you have written here. I laughed, I cried and I smiled as I read through all of them. At times, I did all three at once. Yall are amazing and I just want to thank each of you who took the time out of YOUR busy lives to take a little trip with the LaLas to the Land of Yellow. I want yall to know how much your positive feedback, your encouraging words, and your FUNNY AS ALL GET OUT comments have meant to me during the process of writing this. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have laughed so hard I was on the verge of tears over something that one of you goofballs posted.

So thank you for that. All of you. Thanks for the funny and the encouragement. It means much more than you know.

As for the girl, yes, SleepingBean, she really did say that. It was pretty funny, considering the topic of conversation just a few minutes before. We're currently discussing vacation destinations but haven't settled on anything yet. Only God knows where we'll wind up, but wherever it is, it'll be good.

And when we get back to Disney, whenever that may be, I hope you'll all come along for the ride with us again.

I printed it all out
I did smaller font, minimized if not even removed photos, printed two columns per page, front and back. Still, it's huge. I love it. I plan on forcing all family members en route to Disney with us next trip to listen to me read it, or read it themselves. Which ever comes first. I know they'll be hooked immediately, but if they aren't, it's only a 4 hour flight.


Now, a bit of shame here...I didn't read your first trip report first. In fact, I was pretty far along the second before I realized there even WAS a first. So, lucky for me, I get more. It doesn't end here! Thank goodness it takes me months to look at a signature

Thanks for the props, Sleepingbean. And don't worry. The first one's not as long as the second one. You'll only go through TWO ink cartridges instead of four if you decide to print that one. Apparently the older I get, the more longwinded I become.

I admit, I did print out your first report too! I was even sad when that one ended, even though I knew it was over.

Lala.... I can't believe it's over! A mere 8 months after ...

What a wonderfully written piece of Disney memorykeeping. Your kiddos are lucky, lucky. To have parents who will make great memories with them, and a mama who will record it for them with such eloquence.

And, I could be wrong, but besides that they are both blonde, adorable, soon to be first graders and full of Girl Power, this ...

Before we leave, we take the kids in the bathroom for a little pre trip emptying of the bladder and the girl confesses her love of The Little Sink. Disneyworld is the only place that she can actually reach the sink, the soap, and the paper towels without any help from me. That may not seem significant to you or me, but for an independent five year old, it was something really special. All week long, it had been a treat for her to walk into a bathroom and find a sink that was just her size. That’s one of the reasons we like the semi hidden Chef Mickey’s bathroom so much. It has a Little Sink. And it makes her happy. Which just goes to show that you can plan all you want but sometimes it’s the little unexpected things in life that end up meaning so much.

cinches it that your girl and mine are babyborgtwinlittlesinklovin'sisters. We too had an emotional moment over The Little Sink.

Just wanted to let you know that I saw your name used in vain on nebo's trip report! It was used as a verb/noun that is deposited in to a fanny pack...and otherwise spelled ZZUB. Have a look!

BTW....did you print this bad boy? Do you print the replies too? How many pages and ink cartridges...from tarjay? (That's what we call it too.)

Over the past 3 days I've read both Overdue and Overpacked, um, epics shall we say, comments and all.

I laughed.
I shed a tear. Or 430.
I even ZZUB'd in my mouth once or twice. Although, prior to reading your TRs, I don't know that I would've called it that!

Thank you for taking us on these journeys with your family, in flip flops, or otherwise. Thank you, too, for a new TR-reading addiction. I've read all 4 of ZZUB's, am in the middle of one of MelHappyHaunt's 6 or so reports, and hope to also read NM's, the Meanest Mommy's and many, many others.

I haven't been to the World since (a very cold trip) January 2005 and these reports are like soothing medicine for a raging case of angst at missing the Happiest Place on Earth. (Even El Rio del Tiempo! - desperate times, desperate measures and all that.)

I hope, as I peruse the TR boards and try to think of a way to make it my full-time job, to soon see another Overdue and Overpacked trip with the Lala's. Your family is so sweet. And I agree with Chappie, perhaps the next one should be called "Overdue and Overpacked III (Bigger, Badder and Barfier)".

So, congrats on a most entertaining and endearing report and oh! did you know? You're psychic.

We spot an open pocket and are just about to make a run for it when it happens. The beginning of the end. Well, not really the end. That won’t come for another eight months at the rate I’m going.
