Overcharged for ILL on RSR

DH and I bought an Ill for RSR last week. The cost was $15 each for a total of $30. Disney charged $30 twice for a total of $60. Would I have better luck getting a refund through Disney or disputing the charge on my credit card? Thanks.

I'd try Disney chat or phone call first.

Go through Disney. Use a chargeback as a last resort. I don't know if Disney would do this, but some vendors will effectively ban you once you do a chargeback.

Do the chat via the app. Sometimes take hours for them to respond, but type your issue in the initial chat box, and they can usually resolve it while you are offline
