Over the river and through the FUN!

Awww, I love Brooklyn's face while she is strapped to the rocket!! She is such a doll!!!

Hmmm, something tells me maybe, um, Pizza is gonna come up next???:lmao:

You've 'met' Jill, huh? When in Hollywood Studios, she will have pizza!

woody ate brooklyn!!!!!! :scared1:

so cute! i love how she's holding both of their hands.

i think this queue is really cute too! erica and i had fun with it last september. it's nice that it's inside so when it's hot out you get a little AC break!

It is nice having so many photo ops to pass the time while you are waiting. We did wait for quite a while there, actually - probably about thirty minutes.

We hadn't done the Buzz and Woody meet and greet yet. How cool is that?! I love all the little details from the two movies in there -- and it looks like Brooklynn did too!

MeMom, I am keeping my fingers crossed for nothing traumatic!

It was a fairly long wait, but it was worth it.

The closer it gets, the better I'm feeling, but it's still very iffy. I did find out the amount I'll be getting on income tax, though, so that's some help. It wasn't as much as I had hoped - about two hundred dollars short, but every dollar will be a step in the right direction.

I'll feel better after I get that and one other thing done and put all that money on the card. Then I can breathe a little easier.

Aw..I can't wait to take the lil' guy so he can meet all the characters...

Haha..Brookie doesn't look too scared being straped to the rocket. :cutie:

We just put Brooklynn here and there and tell her to pose. She doesn't know what she's doing half the time, but she's just used to us and does what we tell her to do. We laugh at her a lot, and she just smiles back at us!

The last time I got Woody and Buzz's signatures, they were outside the barn. They didn't have their own queue. I agree with Heather! The look on Brooklyn's face while she is strapped in is too cute!

All of the things in the line are very helpful to keeping little 'waiters' occupied!

Perfect example of what I said in the previous post. We strap her to a rocket, and she just smiles at us. :goodvibes
Sweet, trusting little girl!

I didn't know about the Toy Story meet n' greet. Very cool! I love all the cool photo opts while in line. :)

I think PIZZA is on the menu....;)

I thought for sure you would have worn Disney pjs yesterday.

(you can ask hlrababy for advice on a nice pair of WDW pyjamas that can be worn as an outfit....:rotfl: had to say it....:lmao:)

I had a fun afternoon, we saw the Jonas Brothers 3-D Concert Movie today! :3dglasses Very cool effects, and Lexi was in heaven. :lovestruc Alot of teenage girls in the audience were singing along and clapping. It was so funny to see the newbies to 3-D. They were reaching out and trying to touch the "boys". The teenage girl beside me kept saying "this is the best day ever", "I can't believe he is singing to me" :rotfl2: So cute. Lexi had a permenant grin, so woth it for this Mom. My favorite part was at the begining when they showed the Disney castle in 3-D . Lexi said "oh Mom your Disney friends would love to see this"

After the movie, we were so close to the mall we went in for a walk around.
I practiced taking shopping pics with my new camera (not the one I really wanted but will do for now until I can afford the one I want). The Disney Store had the sweetest Mickey and Minnie in bunny outfits. If they weren't $25 each I would have gone home with them. :rolleyes1

Have a great evening!

That's cute about the Jonas Brothers fans. I swooned over the Osmond Brothers back in my day. I was soooo in love with Donny. I had posters all over my walls from Tiger Beat and other magazines. You could never have convinced me that I wasn't the one he was meant to be with for life! He went and married someone else. Can you believe it? I guess it was for the best, because in my old age I don't even think he's cute/good looking/handsome. :rotfl:

That's so sweet that Lexi talked about your Disney friends!

I'm hoping to get the little girls some kind of Easter something when I am on my trip.

The pictures in the Toy story line were great. I enjoyed Brooklynn's expressions.

She did well, considering the wait, and it was a little crowded, too.

Wow, I haven't a clue as to how to add Disney ringtones to my phone...I gotta work on that one.

I love the Osborne Lights!!! I see how crowded it was...I am surprised no one ever gets hurt.

I love the line to meet Buzz and Woody. Are they always there or only at certain times? The cue was so neat...its a "ride" in and of itself.

So tomorrow is March 1st Memom...any news on your trip yet?

You must have Disney ringtones to be a real DISer, so get busy on that!

That was as crowded as I have seen the O Lights area. We were all doing a little shuffle step kind of thing.

I'm not sure of the Woody and Buzz times. I'll check when I am there.

Hopefully, we're going.

I love this picture!
I am so glad you have internet now!!!

Yeay for snow!!! Brooklyn is having so much fun!!! Somehow it is missing us -- if you look at a radar, there is a little patch with NOTHING, that's where we live -- there's snow to the north, snow to the south, but apparently we are in a weather warp. :headache:

We're in the same boat here. We have been the only county in school many, many times! It's annoying. :headache:

Awww! I love the pictures, and the videos cracked me up -- I love her running around squealing, and calling for the dog to come. Her little accent is too cute!

Yep, she's a southern girl.

Bee-yun!
Come on, Bee-yun!

I love that little girl with every fiber of my being. Getting to see her yesterday morning on the videos just made my day!

***********************

I'll have to finish later. I've got to get moving

Have a Marvelous Monday!

Everybody go and look at Dawn's snow pictures and videos, if you haven't already! Her little Sherman and Eli are so cute in them.

That looks like a fun day out in the snow! I love the picture of you and Brooklynn Jill! I can't wait to see the pajama day photos too!

Great snow pics BrooklynnsMommy! I can't believe it, I never saw snow like that when I lived in AL. So fun! :goodvibes

Brooklynn is a southern princess for sure, accent and all. ;)

She was having so much fun running around and playing with the dog. Very cute winter coat she has. :cutie:

MeMom I think all of us are glad that BrooklynnsMommy has the internet. WE all enjoy seeing that sweet little face. :cloud9:

Have a great Monday,

Erica, at least we are together in our disappointment over our snowless counties. :sad1:

MeMom, 430 schools/school systems are closed in ATL today, but here I sit in my classroom. Connor cried buckets and buckets this morning. I felt bad for him (and me and Chelsea ;) ).

I am trying to cheer myself up by dreaming of Disney in a little over three months.

Aw! What sweet photos of Brooklynn in the snow. We have more than our fair share here in Minnesota so I'll send you southeners some more! ;)

Even if it's a budget trip MeMom, it's still a Disney trip, right? I can't wait to see all of your gazillion photos. That's what gets me through my friend. :)

No time to prufreed the posts this mornin', so forgive errors, and I'll chek in layder to make korekshuns. :)

brooklynn in the snow is too cute!!! she looks like she had a blast. we are expected to get snow later today, probably what came through your area. i don't think it will stick.

by the way, you don't look 8 months pregnant!!!! or are you almost 9 months now? either way, you look great.

It stuck!

I enjoyed all of your snow pictures and videos. How fun for you to have such a big snow down there!

Jill is going to talk to the doctor about inducing, since all of the relatives will be coming from other states. It's around the 11th of April officially.

Brooklynn looks like she is having a great time in the snow!

She looked delighted, didn't she?

It start snowing Cobb/Paulding around 10:30. It is not on the roads yet, but it is sticking on the ground. The kids next door are running around yelling, in the snow. They moved south from NY and this is the first time it has snows since they moved south.

Brooklynn as usual is a little doll in the videos. I wish I had that much energy.

They'll get about as much snow there in five years as they probably got up there in one good snowfall.

we have falling ice!!!!!

note that i said falling ice and not snow. because that's what it is. snow is light and fluffy and looks pretty falling down. it's the stuff we used to get in tennessee. what's falling down now at my house is ice. it's pelting my back porch furniture like little bee-bees falling from the sky. that's not snow!!!!! sherman walked out in it and stood there for about 3 seconds then turned around and came back in. he was like, "i don't think so." eli just starred at it and didn't go outside.

i hope this turns into real snow.

sorry, memom and jill, for turning your TR into weather central.

No problem. We love hearing about someone getting a good snow. I'm glad you had such fun with it. I'm disappointed that CP's Connor didn't get his snow day, though.

I'm near Newnan and it is really coming down. It was raining when we went to church but when we got out, it had turned to snow. It is sticking pretty good.

What was your final total in inches?

okay, i would have totally lost that bet. it's full-fledged snowing here now. i will have pics and video on my TR later. it's really coming down in nice, big, fluffy flakes!

Pictures and videos were fun to watch!

Awww Brooklynn is so cute with Woody and Buzz! She doesn't look very scared next to Zurg She's so brave!

Great snow pictures too, looks like she was having such a good time. We're supposed to get 10 inches tonight I don't mind it as long as they cancel school for tomorrow

Ten inches? Did you get that much?

Funny, it's still not snowing here. Not a bit. We got the bee-bee ice this morning for about five minutes. If you look at a radar map, we are the only ones anywhere in metro Atlanta that still has green -- not pink, not blue, and certainly not dark blue. I feel so bummed and left out.

Nashville does the same thing a lot. The forgotten city, when it comes to snow.

Awww! Brooklyn looks so sweet in the snow!! I wish I had that much fun with it! I love her calling the dog! So cute!

Looks like you guys had a great time meeting the Toy Story crew! Brooklyn looks so funny attached to the rocket! I was lucky I didn't have tea in my mouth or it would have been all over my laptop! So cute!

She's cute interacting with Ben. She talks to him just like he can understand her every word.

She just sits where we plop her for pictures. She's very used to it.

The snow is now starting to melt. However, they did close the schools tomorrow. More time to DIS!

Yay for extra Dis time!

That's precious! :goodvibes

Glad you guys had fun!!

I'm with ya CP.....we can gripe together . I feel like this storm came up beside us....went below and is now going back up the other side just a little further over this time. You could come live in Nashville, we are the little 'blip' that never gets anything either

See? Erica can back me up on the forgotten city thing.

I actually love the picture of Brooklyn "not looking up". Too cute her little running self! I love it when toddlers run.

That was a cute picture of her protecting her face from the wind. Trent saw those pictures and referenced A Christmas Story, where Ralphie's little brother couldn't put his arms down in his snow suit.

I just have a belly. Tomorrow is pajama day so I may get John to take a picture of me and Brooklynn before school. I officially have 5 and a half weeks left, but the doctor is saying anywhere after 3 weeks is fair game. AS long as MeMom is back from the World I'm okay with whenever even though I have quite a bit to do before the house is ready.

If I actually do get there, after all the agonizing I have done over this trip, that would be just my luck for you to call and say you're going early!

well, you look great! i'm so excited for you guys. i'm sure we will be seeing pics of the little one soon. i'll be thinking about you!

I'm sure you'll be watching Bella grow up before your eyes just like Brooklynn has. Probably more pictures than you'll ever really want to see, if I know me!

Whenever would be great. I know both of you have a lot of things coming up here soon

OH!! I feel VERY special!! And I want this one too......please share the website....pleeeeeease!!! :upsidedow

I was asleep....woke about 5a to the storm. And it was a bad storm, so I'm sure the winds were bad. But not really sure what happened after b/c I was SO sick :crazy2: I had no idea what had hit me. I dont' know if it was a virus or food poisoning, but whatever I don't want it for at least as long as it been since I've been sick like that :scared: last. Thank goodness it's been years and I'd like to keep it that way!

ABSOLUTELY!! ::yes::

We'll make plans to meet sometime in May, then. Check with Dawn and see when she might be headed this way during that month. It would be fun if you guys could be here on June 20th when tinkgurl comes to Opry Mills.

Jill you look awesome! The pictures of Brooklynn in the snow are so cute!

She does make a cute mommy-to-be, doesn't she?

That looks like a fun day out in the snow! I love the picture of you and Brooklynn Jill! I can't wait to see the pajama day photos too!

Yes, Jill, we need PJ Day photos.

I had noticed your new picture, but didn't notice the baby ticker. Congratulations!
Another Dis baby to watch grow up around here!

Have a great Monday,

I love logging on and seeing my little baby girl's face, even when it has food all over it or when she's making a crazy face. I don't like being two hours away from her. When I talk to her on the phone and hear that sweet little voice, I just want to jump through the phone and be right there to kiss those sweet little cheeks.

Erica, at least we are together in our disappointment over our snowless counties. :sad1:

Poor guy. I know just how he feels!

Send Connor a cooler full of snow so that he can have a snow party!

It will be a budget trip, if we make it, but it will be great. I keep writing down the pros and cons, because I'm struggling with it. The pros are many, and the con is just one - money.

************************

I have to get moving.

Jill called last night and told me that one of our little cousins had a seizure last night, so keep him in your prayers. He's just over a year old, and his older brother, Brooklynn's age, has also had seizures and been diagnosed with epilepsy. Looks like Parker could be headed in the same drection. These are two of the little boys you've seen in some of our pictures before - cute as they can be! Hopefully, Parker's will be quickly diagnosed and well-controlled, as Carson's has been, and it will have little effect other than being careful and taking medications. Anything like that is always so scary with little ones, though.

Also, we just got an update on the grandson of one of our teachers who has neuroblastoma. His liver is looking better and the tumor has shrunk significantly. There will still be surgery involved in about two weeks. He is just a baby - less than a year old. Keep this family in your prayers also. These things always make me stop and say a prayer of gratitude as well, as I feel so, so blessed that all my kids and my granddaughter have been so healthy.

Have a good day, all! Warm weather is on its way soon!

Prayers for the little ones...sick and healthy. :grouphug:

Warm weather for me too!!! That would be great!!! :sunny:

I want this trip for you so much, I know how hard it is to make the final call. I had to cancel 2 trips in past years because of $$$. Very sad but, there was nothing I could have done. I had to just let it go and focus on the next trip...down the road. :goodvibes  :wizard:

/
I just caught your last update. That meet and greet area must be relatively new, it look really cute! It's nice that Disney is now theming their lines for characters too!

Silly southerners :upsidedow I'm glad you enjoyed your snow (OK, confession, even those of us with snowy winters look kind of like that for the first snow of the season. We are just ready for spring by March)

Dawn, I think a trip vs. a video game is a great bet! I had to allow my hubby to buy a guitar in exchange for my 2010 solo trip.

MeMom, hugs to your little cousins, so sorry to hear of their troubles.

We're still more than happy to send you our snow and the 7 hours of ice pellets/freezing rain we got yesterday.

MeMom - hope all your little guys are better soon. Take care.

I had noticed your new picture, but didn't notice the baby ticker. Congratulations!

Thanks! We hadn't planned on one more, but God did! The boys are over the moon about a baby and we are right behind them.

I will certainly say a prayer or two for Parker. I have a good friend whose little boy just got diagnosed with epilepsy and know what a struggle it has been to get his meds administered correctly. Hopefully, having already gone through this with Carson, they know how to be effective advocates for their children.

I am so glad to hear the other baby's tumor has shrunk. I pray that surgery to remove it goes well. That is so much for a little body to handle.

That is a great photo of Jill and Brooklynn..

I just flew back from vacation in the Virgin Islands to 10 inches of snow. I did not sign up for this. Our flight almost got cancelled b/c of the bad weather. I should have went this week.

I am finally caught up .... AGAIN!!! Hopefully I won't be gone as long this time. I have to get me some disney ringtones..

Have a great day everyone!

Yes, please, Connor will gladly accept snow from any region of the country, but since he is currently obsessed with Canada (he tells me that he would like to visit there and see Canadian geese and Mounties and eat some Canadian Bacon :confused3 ), he would probably think Canadian snow was the best thing ever. :rotfl:

Ten inches? Did you get that much?

We got 13 inches by me! According to the news the county I live in got hit the worst. My BF and I got stuck trying to get into the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts last night...we got unstuck and skipped the donuts after that

Lots of  and prayers for the little ones.

Erica,

See? Erica can back me up on the forgotten city thing.

YEP! ::yes:: ......:(

It would be fun if you guys could be here on June 20th when tinkgurl comes to Opry Mills.

I should be here.....can't speak for Dawn :upsidedow

Also, will be thinking about the sweet babies :grouphug:

The kids really are after me to go. They know how happy and relaxed I am when I am down there. I think we're more on the side of going than not going, but we're still really near the borderline. Time will tell.

MeMom, hugs to your little cousins, so sorry to hear of their troubles.

The colors of Flower & Garden Festival are really calling my name. We were there for opening day last year, but we could only stay for a very short time, because we had to travel back home all day.

We're still more than happy to send you our snow and the 7 hours of ice pellets/freezing rain we got yesterday.

MeMom - hope all your little guys are better soon. Take care.

I hope that didn't slow you down on that fence you're making for me. Shouldn't that be about done by now???? :rotfl:

With all the snow you guys have, you must really crave the warmth and sunshine of your Disney trips!

Thanks! We hadn't planned on one more, but God did! The boys are over the moon about a baby and we are right behind them.

God knew best. How blessed you are! I wanted five or more, so I'm always excited when a new baby is on the horizon for anybody.

What a beautiful photo! :goodvibes

Lots of good thoughts for Parker.

It is a great picture.

We appreciate everyone's good thoughts and prayers for all the little boys.

That is a great photo of Jill and Brooklynn..

You'll have to tell us all about your trip. Was it beautiful there?

MeMom, lots of prayers for all the little ones!!!

declansdad and pooksma have lots of Canadian snow they are willing to share. It will be arriving at your doorstep soon, I'm sure. I just hope they remember to send it in coolers, or it could make for some very soggy mail!

They just need to drive it down and then Declan and Connor could play together!

Prayers for the little ones.

Thanks to you and everyone for the prayers. Jill has talked to Brandy and I have talked to Dawn (her mom) today, and they are both very matter-of-fact about it, since they've been through it with Carson. Hopefully, it will all be well-controlled with medications and both boys will do just fine. It's scary at first, though, and something they just didn't think about having to deal with twice.

I was very glad to hear of the baby's tumor shrinking. Now if they can just get what they want to done with the surgery, it will be great. The family is extremely faithful and continues to praise and trust God every step of the way.

I love the pictures of Brooklyn playing in the snow!!! I wanted some sooooo bad!!!!

Also, prayers for those sweet babies!!
