I like Brooklynn's pictures with Buzz and Woody. I think everything in that building is so cute. I didn't realize when my son was getting his pictures made with them that they were supposed to be standing on Andy's bed. When I looked at the pictures on the computer it looked just like they were all standing right on top of Andy's bed. So neat.
You know, I thought the same thing - you have to stand so close in the queue that you really don't get the full effect until you look at the pictures later.
It must be getting close to lunchtime because that pizza sure looks good!
Question for you that is kind of off/on topic -- have you all eaten at Pizzafari in AK? How is their pizza?
We've eaten at Pizzafari many times. It's all just normal pizza, made special only by the fact that you're sitting in a chair that has creatures painted on it in a room with animal murals all over the walls. If you have never been there and decide not to eat there, at least go in and see all the rooms. The kids would probably think it's cool.
I was going to ask if the Pizza Planet Pizza is the same as the Pizzafari Pizza? I love Pizzafari!

I'm not a pizza expert, but we've always managed to devour ours at either place, so I guess they're both pretty much the same and just fine in our book. We are by no means food experts, though. I read bad reviews of WDW restaurants often, and I feel like I'm missing something, because our visits to all restaurants have been very pleasant and satisfying.
I LOVE candy pictures. There's just something about the bright colors, and of course the yummy taste!
I agree. The displays are cute and colorful. That's why I snapped that one. I have no desire to eat one of those big lollipops, but I like having pictures of them.
Pizza Planet looks yummy...we ate there in 2006 and I don't really remember loving it, or disliking it...I think Henry would have a BALL in there though... In January we ate at Studio Backlot Express and their chicken was EXCELLENT. I just might have to eat my way through DHS in December...
He would like playing the games. That's a good place for kids, because there is plenty of noise. If they are making a little themselves, it will go unnoticed.
We've eaten at almost every place in Hollywood Studios. We haven't eaten at Brown Derby or Mama Melrose's, but we will eventually. I would like to try the Grapefruit Cake at Brown Derby. I saw Paula Deen make it on TV this past weekend.
I have Pizza Planet on my list for lunch so I'm glad you all say it's good! I just hope my kiddos don't rope us into hours of arcade games. Ack!
They will have fun there. You might just have to set a limit on the games. I haven't paid close attention to what all they have, but when I go, I'll try to remember to get pictures of everything. That might help you and the kids in planning what they'd like to do and how long you might be in there.

Oh Jill, how sweet you are! I love the cake and diaper bag and your crown and wave. Glad you get to be home with Brooklynn! I don't know how traumatic it was for you to suddenly be in charge of a newborn but you will find the second baby to be much much easier...mostly cause you know what you are doing!!!

She was a good mommy from the beginning, and she's gotten better every day. It was hard on her at first, though, because Brooklynn had such a hard time with eating and the acid reflux and all. It was frustrating for her, and she was working long, long days back then, too. Hopefully, Isabella won't be sick, and Jill's schedule will be more manageable this time.

memom - you asked me to keep you guys updated on my niece. i found out today that jordan (the mommy-to-be) went to the doctor today and he told her as long as she can hold out 2 more weeks that everything should be fine. she's been having some contractions but he doesn't seem to be worried about them. so as of march 18th, it's a go for launch! she's not due until april 12th but he said if something happens before then, everything looks fine.
That's not cheating. That's protecting myself from the masses of producers who would want me to start appearing in their shows!
Looks like your baby is going to be here before ours, if she's already having pains. Can't wait to see her in all the cute little outfits you buy for her!

Jill, the shower pictures were great. The cake was awesome as were the presents. Can you believe how fast it went? At least for us it did. Bellarie will be here in about a month. Crazy fast.

Jill thought since this was her second baby they would just give her a box of diapers or something, and she would have been happy for that, but she said they got her all kinds of things! That was very sweet of all of them.
