We got 13 inches by me! According to the news the county I live in got hit the worst. My BF and I got stuck trying to get into the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts last night...we got unstuck and skipped the donuts after that
Lots of

and prayers for the little ones.
Did you make a big snowman?
You probably could make the whole extended family of snow people with that much snow!
Donuts? When it snows here, we only eat/drink bread and milk!
If I had gone to all that trouble, I would have had to come out with some donuts as a reward!
Awwwwww poor Connor
YEP!
......
I should be here.....can't speak for Dawn
Also, will be thinking about the sweet babies
Mark your calendar for June 20th, then, because that's when
tinkgurl thinks she will be at Opry Mills. I'll let you know if anything changes.
Anyone else want to meet us at the hippo at Rainforest Cafe on June 20th?
I love the pictures of Brooklyn playing in the snow!!! I wanted some sooooo bad!!!!
Also, prayers for those sweet babies!!
You should have gone over and spent the day at
Dawn's. She hogged all the Georgia snow!
just depends on work and stuff like that. i will try though!
memom - thinking of the little ones.
I haven't even looked to see what day the 20th is. I hope it does work for you, but we understand it will be hard for you if it's during the week. Maybe your boss could send you on a work errand up here for the day.

It will be great if it does work out for you. I'd love to get a group picture of a bunch of fun Dis girls and a couple of baby Dis-girls-in-training!
Thanks. You have to come to Enchanted to read it. Cannot post it here as it is not WDW. Also the Disney part is only going to be 1 day. Now I am going by myself.
I should have enough memory cards to take 8000 pics while I am over there.
I will check it out. I'd love to go to Europe, but World Showcase is probably as close as I'll ever get to doing that.
Jill makes enough fun of me on her own.
I don't need you encouraging her!!!
oops forgot. great update and pics. I fell behind
looks like fun in the snow there.
Yeah, you were too busy making fun of me, right?
I was glad for everybody in the south to get a little snow to run around in.
That's pretty exciting stuff for anyone from Tennessee and even moreso for the Georgia and Alabama people!
Being the astute woman that I am, I am sensing some important data here.
It seems to be less exciting the further north one lives.
(I had to throw that in, because the buzz word of the year at our school is data. We don't do anything in our school without checking out the data. I'm all for being reasonable at checking the facts, but it's almost gotten to the point that they're tally-marking how often students drink water and relating that to their scores. It's beyond ridiculous.)

I wanted to share with all of you who have some bit of trouble finding me in pictures, that I was a TV star yesterday.
Well, not exactly a star, but I was an TV.
Unknowingly and unwillingly, I might add.
The husband of our Reading Specialist is a local weatherman, so he brought all of his TV news buddies over to our school to read last week. An anchorwoman named Amy was reading to our class, and one of the co-anchors, Steve, came in to film her. I was over at my desk, out of the way, and as he filmed, I specifically said, "Please don't get the teacher."
He obviously didn't hear me (I don't talk very loud) or didn't care, or maybe he just felt my beauty was just too much to deprive the public of, but he got me in the video anyway.
I know this, because as I was going into school yesterday, I got a text message from
Erica (VandyFan10) asking if she just saw me on TV!
I immediately knew what had happened. She said I was just sort of in the background, leaning back out of the way.
Yep, that would be me then!
Luckily, this was like 6:30 in the morning, so most everyone in the area was asleep or getting ready for school and work and never saw it. I guess Erica just had her
Dis radar on yesterday!
Anyway, I thought that I would just share that with you. When you least expect to see a MeMom, she pops up right on your TV!
