Kathyseb...most of the posters here decided that they would leave their DVC to ME
Ok, serially now, I bought in just now in joint ownership with my 23 year old daughter who will 'inherit' when I die without having to deal with the dread Disney transfer fees and probate!
If you decide in 8 years to sell...you probalby won't lose any money. So if it seems like a good deal now, for the shorterm, I 'd say go for it, even if you didn't have any heirs to leave it to. (and of course, you could always leave it to me
)
