Over 10 posts, but no avatar?

Hey guys! I think I have well over 10 posts, but I am still unable to add an avatar! Any advice? I must be doing something wrong!

It probably just takes a while for the system to recognize it. If you just got the 10 posts, then wait 24-48 hours. That's what happens on another forum similar to this one.
