Outstanding Tiffany Towncar experience

I am SO IMPRESSED with Tiffany Towncar, they went over and beyond the call of duty. I made a dumb mistake and gave them the wrong pickup date, one day earlier. They showed up but my cell phone was dead and they couldn't contact us at the resort because it was under my husband's name. When we called the next morning they hustled and got someone out there and we made our flight.

I just called them from home to offer to pay for the additional return trip and they refused! They just wanted us to be happy, our vacation to go smoothly and to use them again next time. Wow! That is outstanding customer service! (And we LOVED our driver Ivon!)

Good to hear. We just booked with them for our trip in 2 weeks. We have used them twice in the past with good service but haven't been in 4 years. Glad to know they are keeping the high level of service!

We have used Tiffany Towncar for four of our trips and have always been very happy with them. Unfortunately, we will not be able to use them this year because they do not carry carseats (!?) in their cars. But we would not hesitate to use them again in the future! Glad you had such a good experience with them as well!

That's funny, they had to move some car seats around to get my scooter in the back area of the van. Maybe they only keep them in the vans? BTW while the van wasn't as luxurious as a towncar, it was clean and comfortable and able to haul lots of stuff!

Good for you. I am so happy to hear that your experience with his company was so good. Our experience with them was the complete opposite and we will never use them again.
